Welcome to your Monday Motivation Meditation.
This meditation can be done when you're still lying in bed in that space right before getting up and starting your day.
You can close your eyes.
We're going to start by taking a deep breath in and out,
And in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
So it's the morning and you just woke up.
Think about all the things that today has to offer you.
Think about all the goals that you're going for.
And maybe you're having some trouble with that.
Maybe sometimes your goals are right in sight and sometimes they fall backwards.
But this is your chance to put them back in sight for you.
This is your chance to start anew.
You woke up today and you're getting this chance.
You can do whatever you want with your day.
And you can do whatever you want with your life.
And this is your chance.
Today can literally be the first day of the rest of your life.
You can change everything today.
Or if you like how things are going,
You can keep everything how they are.
You literally have no boundaries on what today has to look like.
Even if you have thoughts on how you'd like your life to look,
You can start implementing small changes today.
It's never too late or the wrong time to make changes in your life.
You literally have abundant opportunities.
Your life is not decided for you.
You get to decide what goes on in your life.
And even if the changes that you need to make to get to your dream life are small,
Just know that they're going somewhere.
They're making a mark.
And as long as you keep all your dreams and your goals in sight,
You'll get there.
So this is a reminder to keep those goals and keep those dreams in the forefront of your mind.
Don't let them fall backwards because it feels too hard or it feels like it's never going to happen.
Or it's just a slow process.
Because then you're not recognizing how beautiful life is and how even if you're in that slow crawl of getting towards what you want,
You're experiencing so much.
You're going through so many things in your life.
So many things are happening.
And it's important that you sit back and you acknowledge that and you recognize that.
But it's also important to know where you want to go.
So again,
This is just your daily reminder to keep where you want to go right in the forefront of your mind.
And don't give up because you'll get there.
You can go ahead and open your eyes.
