This tapping is not just for girls or women.
It is for anybody who really just wants to get behind the thought process that you are lucky and things are working out for you.
So go ahead,
Get comfortable.
In this tapping,
All you need to do is follow along with where I tell you to tap and I'm going to say some phrases and all you have to do is feel what I say or say the words aloud after me.
We're going to start off by thinking about our goal here of feeling lucky and like things are always working out for us.
Now I want you to think about when you think that,
That I am lucky and things work out for me,
What comes up for you telling you that that's not true?
Because there might be something really strong that comes up or something a little lighter and I want you to grade whatever that is from a one through ten,
Ten being the strongest and kind of the most resistance and charge behind it.
And as we tap today,
We are going to work on bringing that number down.
So go ahead,
Get comfortable.
We are going to begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I may not have considered myself lucky in the past,
I fully love and accept myself.
Even though I haven't always believed that things work out for me,
I fully love and accept myself.
I know that I can get to a place where I know that I am lucky and everything is always working out for me and I fully love and accept myself.
Go ahead,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I haven't always felt lucky.
Side of your eye.
I haven't always felt like the universe has my back.
Under your eye.
And I want to release that.
Under your nose.
I want to let that go.
Under your mouth.
Because I now know that I am lucky.
Collarbone.
I'm starting to see that everything is always working out for me.
Under your armpit.
I'm starting to see that the universe always has my back.
Top of the head.
And I'm starting to see that good things come to me.
Go ahead,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I let go of anything keeping me in doubt.
Side of your eye.
I let go of anything keeping me in fear.
Under your eye.
It's normal for those feelings to come up for me from time to time.
Under nose.
But I don't have to stay stuck there.
Under mouth.
I allow my thoughts to shift.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to think more positive.
Under your armpit.
I allow myself to believe that good things can happen to me.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to feel lucky.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow myself to see how lucky I am.
Side of your eye.
I allow myself to see all the good things coming for me.
Under eye.
I always attract the things that I want and need.
Under nose.
And I always manifest quickly.
Under mouth.
It feels so good to be so lucky.
Collarbone.
I know this feeling is always available to me.
Under your armpit.
I allow this feeling to fill my entire body.
Top of the head.
I allow this luck to continue to surround me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Good things are always happening to me.
Side of your eye.
I am such a lucky person.
Under your eye.
Luck follows me wherever I go.
Under nose.
Good things follow me wherever I go.
Under mouth.
I love this new supportive mindset that I am stepping into.
Collarbone.
I love the new person that I am stepping into.
Under your armpit.
Luck is bringing me so many good things in my life.
Top of the head.
I am so lucky and always attract amazing things into my life.
And I fully love and accept myself.
Go ahead.
Take a deep breath in and out.

You can go ahead and think about whatever it is that came up for you at the beginning when you thought about being lucky and things working out for you.
Anything that came up with resistance and a charge to it.
And you can go ahead and regrade that from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest,
And see if your number went down.
See how lucky and positive you feel right now.

This is not to detract from negative feelings,
Negative thoughts,
Or to bypass anything.
It's just to allow you to shift your mindset into a different place to know that things essentially are working out for you,
But always keep in mind that it's really necessary to process and feel those negative thoughts and feelings that do come up from time to time.
But you can use a tapping like this daily.
If you need to shift those thoughts and feelings into something more positive and something more supportive to your life and the things that you are manifesting.
