Welcome to your I Am Enough EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is all about getting you into the energy of knowing that you are enough.
You just being you right now is enough.
You don't have to change yourself for other people or change yourself to fit into any situation.
You just being you is enough.
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
During this EFT tapping meditation,
I'm going to tell you where to tap.
You can go ahead and just pay attention to that and you can either feel the words that I say or say them aloud after,
Whatever works best for you.
So let's get started.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I don't feel like I'm enough,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes I feel like I have to be a different person for different people around me or different situations,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I truly feel like I'm enough and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I don't always feel like I'm enough.
Side eye I don't always feel like I'm good enough.
Under eye Sometimes I feel like I have to change myself for other people.
Under nose Sometimes I feel like I have to change myself depending on who I'm around.
Under mouth or the situations that I'm in.
Collarbone and I want to release that.
Under your armpit.
Down I don't want to change myself.
Top of the head I want to just be me and know that that is enough.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I don't like when I feel like I have to change myself.
Side eye I don't like when I feel like I have to be someone else.
Under eye I don't like when I feel like I have to act differently.
Under nose that feels so bad and negative to me.
Under mouth and I want to release that.
Collarbone it's not helping me to hold on to that energy.
Under your armpit I don't like when I can't be me.
Top of the head it makes me feel like I'm lying to everyone including myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow what if who I was was enough.
Side eye what if I am perfect the way that I am.
Under eye what if it was the people that were around me that I should change sometimes.
Under nose instead of thinking that I have to act different or be different around different people.
Under mouth what if I could just be me.
Collarbone and the people who gravitated towards the real version of me under your armpit were meant to be around me.
Top of the head and I could always be myself because I am enough.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I am always enough.
Side eye I am such an amazing and unique person.
Under eye I love the person that I am.
Under nose I may not always be for everyone.
Under mouth and that's okay.
Collarbone no one is for everyone.
Under armpit we are all completely different.
Top of the head and the people that we fit best with will find us.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I am so happy when I can be myself.
Side eye because I am enough.
Under eye I have always been enough.
Under nose I may just not have always seen that.
Under mouth but I see it now.
Collarbone I am so happy to sit in this powerful energy.
Under your armpit this energy that helps me to stand in my power.
Top of the head I know this is the person I'm meant to be because I am enough.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I am always myself no matter what.
Side eye and people that don't fit with that version of me can leave.
Under eye and that makes room for the people that I am meant to be around.
Under nose and that feels so good to me.
Under mouth I have so much amazing room in my life for people that I truly connect with.
Collarbone and I have so much amazing room for all the situations that I truly want to be in in my life.
Under your armpit it feels so good to just be me.
Top of the head it feels so good to just be me because I am enough always.
