In this EFT Topping Meditation,
We are going to focus on empowering the generator design type in human design.
If you aren't familiar,
Human design helps you to understand how your energy works based on your unique qualities.
If you are a generator or just curious about human design,
I know that this tapping will help you to feel empowered.
We are focusing today on empowering generators to set boundaries for themselves and to allow themselves to think through things before they say yes,
Which is generally their instinct.
So go ahead and get comfortable right now.
You can just follow along with me as I tap and I will tell you where to tap and then you can say my words aloud or just feel the words that I say.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I say yes before I really think things through,
But I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes I don't set the boundaries that I need to,
But I fully love and accept myself.
I know I can get to a place where I step into the full power of being a generator and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Sometimes I don't set boundaries.
Side eye,
I know deep down when I need to set boundaries.
Under eye,
But sometimes I don't listen.
Under nose,
Sometimes I don't honor my energy.
Under mouth,
I know I have a lot of energy.
But that doesn't matter if I spend it doing things under your armpit that I don't fully feel aligned with.
Top of the head,
And I want to release all of this negative energy.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Self-care and making sure I'm happy is so important.
Side eye,
But I don't always do this.
Under eye,
I let this get away from me.
Under nose,
And I want to release that.
Under mouth,
I want to know that it's important to take care of myself.
Collarbone and my energy.
Under your armpit,
I want to always choose to take care of my energy.
Top of the head,
I want to fully step into the power that I have as a generator.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if I always listen to my gut?
Side eye,
No matter what.
Under eye,
And trusting in the power that it had.
Under nose,
What if I always set boundaries when I needed to?
Under mouth,
And believed how important they were for me.
Collarbone,
What if I always prioritized self-care?
Under your armpit,
And only doing things if I felt deeply fulfilled.
Top of the head,
What if I fully allowed myself to step into the power that I have as a generator?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I allow myself to always trust my gut.
Side eye,
I have the power to have such a deep knowing about things.
Under eye,
And I allow myself to pay attention to this.
Under nose,
And to trust this deep knowing.
Under mouth,
And to not spend time and energy if something feels off for me.
Collarbone,
I allow myself to always be 100% behind how I use my energy.
Under your armpit,
Because that is how I work best.
Top of the head,
I allow myself to utilize my energy in a way that feels amazing for me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I allow myself to set boundaries.
Side eye,
Boundaries are so important for me.
Under eye,
I don't always have to say yes.
Under nose,
Especially when something doesn't feel amazing.
Under mouth,
I get to spend my energy how I want to.
Collarbone,
And that is what helps me do the best in my life.
Under your armpit,
Because I was brought here to share such amazing gifts.
Top of the head,
And what I have to give the world is so special.

I allow myself time to make decisions.
Side eye,
I feel that this works best for me.
Under eye,
I know that when I can fully feel into something.
Under nose,
I can make the best decision around it.
Under mouth,
And this is how I can bring amazing things into the world.

I know that the way my energy works is so special.
Under your armpit,
And it's so powerful if I honor it.
Top of the head,
I allow myself to fully step into my power as a generator,
And I fully love and accept myself.
