
Clear Limiting Beliefs
In this meditation, we will use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) to work through our limiting beliefs. We will first clear the beliefs that aren't serving us and then move forward with a new belief. Music by: Chris Collins at indiemusicbox

Welcome to your Clearing Limiting Beliefs EFT,
TFT Tapping meditation.
Sometimes we have goals and things that we want to do in our lives,
But our limiting beliefs hold us back.
We maybe believe a certain thought or feeling around something,
And we allow that to stop us.
With EFT and TFT Tapping,
EFT standing for Emotional Freedom Technique and TFT standing for Thought Field Therapy,
We're going to easily work through these thoughts and feelings and allow ourself to clear the limiting belief and create a new belief that we go forward with.
Right now,
I want you to just think about a limiting belief that you have and that you want to clear and allow yourself to reframe into a different belief.
Think about that belief and how it makes you feel negatively.
Once you have that belief clear and all of the thoughts and feelings in your mind that are attached to that belief,
I want you to go ahead and get comfortable.
You can also grade how that belief makes you feel right now from one through 10,
10 being the strongest on how much it's holding you back.
And we're going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So once you're comfortable,
I want you to start tapping on the side of your hand in the area that's right between the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist.
And as you're tapping,
Have that limiting belief and all those thoughts and feelings that come with it right in the forefront of your mind.
This is the TFT tapping portion of the meditation.
As we have this awareness and we are tapping,
Let's go ahead and take three intentional breaths.
And on every breath out,
I want you to imagine that you are releasing this limiting belief and these emotions and feelings that aren't serving you.
You're releasing them from your mind and from your body.
Go ahead,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Another breath in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
Okay,
You can just keep tapping on the side of your hand.
And we're going to do that intentional breathing process one more time.
Still have in your mind the limiting belief,
Any emotions or feelings that you didn't just release.
Have all of that within your mind right now.
And we're going to take those three intentional breaths again as we are tapping on the side of your hand and we're going to further release these beliefs,
These feelings,
These emotions that are not serving us.
We're releasing everything we want to leave within this meditation.
So go ahead,
Take a deep breath in and out.
And in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
Okay,
Hopefully you were able to release a lot of that heavy energy you were carrying and to let go of that belief that you were holding onto.
Now I want you to come back to whatever that belief was for you and think about how you want to feel about that belief.
How do you want to reframe it so that you can move forward and have a more positive take on what it is you were originally believing?
For example,
If your belief is that you cannot make money,
Do you want to feel like it's easy for you to make money?
Think about how you want to feel around that new belief.
Think about whatever that limiting belief was holding you back from.
How is it that you want to feel moving forward?
And just allow yourself to reframe that old belief into a new positive one.
And this is the way that we are going to think moving forward.
So right now,
Having that belief,
That new way you want to think within your mind,
We are going to do some EFT tapping to just allow ourselves to accept and move forward with this belief and to know that we are deserving of this new belief.
So let's go ahead and I'm going to tell you where to tap and I'm going to say phrases afterwards.
All you have to do is follow along with me and just tap where I tell you to tap.
And when we get into the phrases,
You can either feel the words that I say or say them aloud after me.
So keeping your new belief in mind,
Let's start tapping at your eyebrow.
I accept this new belief that I have.
Now on the side of your eye.
This new belief will help me live an amazing life.
Under eye.
I am deserving of this belief.
Under nose.
I am deserving of an amazing life.
Under mouth.
I deserve to see this belief in a better light.
Collarbone.
I deserve to feel good about this new belief.
Under your armpit.
I deserve for this new belief to help me.
Top of the head.
I feel so good when I think about this new belief going forward.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow again.
This new belief feels so freeing for me.
Side eye.
This new belief will help me change my life.
Under eye.
This new belief feels so safe for me.
Under nose.
This new belief feels so good in my body.
Under mouth.
I am going forward now with this new belief.
Collarbone.
I continue to release any old limiting beliefs that I might still be holding onto.
Under your armpit.
I focus my attention on this new belief.
Top of the head.
I accept this new belief into my life and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay.
For a moment,
Let's just continue to feel how good this new belief feels for us moving forward.
Just close your eyes for a moment and I want you to think about that new belief again.
Bring that into your mind and just feel how good it feels.
You can even picture what you feel this belief is going to do for your life.
How is it going to change your life?
And I want you to feel this feeling fill up your entire body.
Feel how good it feels in this moment.
It might feel really good to even smile through this right now as you're feeling this energy fill your entire body.
And I want you to just sit in this good feeling,
In this good energy and allow it to swirl all around your body and push out anything that doesn't need to be there.
Any energy that is holding you into old limiting beliefs that you want to let go of.
Anything negative that's not serving you,
You're going to allow this energy to push it out as it's swirling around your body.
And let's just sit here for a moment.
Just sit in this good feeling and feel how good it would feel if this is what you woke up and believed every day.
And how would that change your life?
Okay,
You can go ahead and open your eyes right now.
That is the end of this EFT,
TFT tapping meditation.
You can regrade yourself right now on how you feel around the belief that you started with at the beginning of this meditation from one through 10.
Ten being the strongest on how much you felt that original limiting belief was holding you back.
And it really should have gone down a whole lot because we focused so much on the new belief.
But as long as it's a four below,
That generally means you took a lot of the charge out of the issue.
And even if it went down at all,
That's amazing.
And you can come back and do this meditation again.
And you can even do it every day if you really want to work through something over and over again.
There's just a limiting belief that you've been holding on to for way too long.
And it's really ingrained within you.
You can come back and do this every day until you feel so good into that new belief because sometimes it takes daily practice to get there.
And that's okay.
And you can even come back and do this for different beliefs as well.
