Nicole Johnson

Nicole is a 200HR registered yoga instructor with over 200 hours of additional education/training, as well as a breathwork and meditation guide. Nicole has been teaching various forms of yoga from athletic and power vinyasa flows to restorative yin classes for over 8 years. Nicole has taught for various studios/companies including CorePower Yoga, Y7, LIV Method, Sportime Gyms, and dozens of classes and events for companies and private corporations. Nicole believes yoga is truly for everyone. When approaching her classes Nicole has two objectives she keeps top of mind; 1) Everyone should feel safe 2) Everyone should feel included (modifications will be provided for all abilities/ levels to ensure everyone feels they can participate and benefit from the practice) to get as much out of the practice as possible. Nicole was an athlete her entire life and played collegiate volleyball, which ultimately led to her finding yoga after a weightlifting injury. Nicole brings an athletic, challenging yet welcoming approach to yoga. She wants everyone to get the opportunity to connect to your body and breath in a mindful, powerful and conscious way. Yoga has changed Nicole’s life in may ways and she is honored by the opportunity to share the transformative benefits of the practice with others.
