Meditation Timer OnlineNick Allison is a veteran, certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, and NCSF-certified personal trainer with nearly two decades of practice. As a lifelong student, Nick approaches mindfulness with curiosity and a beginner’s mind, seeing it as an ongoing journey rather than a fixed goal. His mission is to share the science-backed benefits of meditation with fellow veterans living with PTS (Post-Traumatic Stress) and anyone facing physical or life challenges, inspired by his own father’s experience after a life-changing surgery. Nick welcomes everyone to explore mindfulness as a way to cultivate calm, resilience, and a deeper connection to the present moment, no matter their background or circumstances.
