Seated upwards with your spine elongated,
Connected with the heavens above,
The tailbone connected to the earth below.
With your hands rested on your lap in Gyan Mudra,
Thumb touching the index finger,
Or you can have your hands connected on your heart space,
Resting on top of one another.
Just gently close your eyes and completely relax your body,
Relaxing your face,
Chest,
Belly,
Arms and legs.
Allow your shoulders to drop down and back,
Allowing your heart space to open up.
Let the universe gently kiss your soul.
And now take three deep breaths.
With each exhale,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
Having your full awareness on your heart,
Your Anahata Chakra,

I'm going to guide you on a journey through your heart chakra,
Also known as your Anahata Chakra.
Anahata is a Sanskrit word meaning unhurt,
Unstruck and unbeaten,
And is associated with balance,
Calmness,
Serenity and unconditional love.
The heart chakra emanates the colour green.
Now once again,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your heart.
Just keep breathing in and out through your heart to notice how you feel.
Notice if anything is coming up for you.
Begin to feel your heart beating slower and slower,
Relaxing,
Becoming lighter and lighter.
You are at one with your heart.
You are at one with everything that surrounds you.
Now just ask your heart,
Heart,
How are you feeling today?
Heart,
How have you been feeling through the last days,
Weeks and months?
Just listen,
Listen to your heart.
Just listen.
Right with your heart,
It is okay to feel,
It is safe to feel that you see it,
You acknowledge it and that you are ready to let those feelings of discomfort go.
Breathe it in and let it go,

When you love yourself,
You take care of your heart,
Your wellbeing.
You mirror back this divine love to others in your life and into the world.
Just be here with your heart for some time,
Giving yourself a big hug and feel the love for others.
