Ultimately,
Our destiny is a result of the deepest level of desire and also from the deepest level of intention within our hearts,

Weaving in and out of one another.
Everything that happens in the universe begins with intention.
It is the starting point,
The seedling of every beautiful wild dream.
It is the creative power that fulfills all of our needs,

Relationships,

Career or financial abundance.

How often do you wake up every morning and set an intention for your day?
How often do you set an intention for certain practices that you do?
For meditation,
Cooking,
Eating a meal,
Physical exercise or just to go meet a friend.
When you are intentional about something,
About what you do,
You have a special quality of focus that is in the present moment.
Here you are,

Why you do it and it requires presence along the way.
It requires introspection by checking inside of you as you work on the outside.
When we set an intention,
It sends a direct impulse of pure consciousness that contains a seed form of that which you are aiming to create.
It acts as a powerful reminder of the bigger picture,
Of the bigger perspective.
Just like real seeds,
Once it's being planted,
We have to let them be and allow them to grow in their own ways,
In their own time.
They can't grow if you hold or grip onto them.
It is only when you release your intentions into the fertile depths of your soul can they grow,
Can they flourish and can they manifest.
Now gently settle into your nests and let's set our intentions.
Gently close your eyes and place your hands in either prayer position or one stacked on top of one another on your heart.
Now take three deep breaths,
