Can we love those closest to us,
And the things that mean really dear to us without clinging to them?
Life is always in constant motion,
In flow,
And oh so very transient.
Things change all the time.
We grow and evolve as a being.
Our soul goes through powerful initiations.
We perhaps move locations.
We change jobs.
We create beautiful friendships.
And our romantic relationship goes through its waves.
And cycles.
And within all of that,
It requires a degree of letting go.
Of letting go,
And more letting go.
Love is truly a beautiful feeling.
It is something we cannot grasp and hold on to.
But it is something that awakens us and we feel it in each and every moment if our hearts are kept open.
In modern society,
People often associate love being a connection with another person,
With another being.
But love is every particle that we breathe.
Love is within everything that we touch.
Love is freeing.
Love is that which makes us feel alive.
And sometimes that aliveness requires a reawakening.
A reemergence from the depths of our soul.
Through tough challenges and heartbreak opening experiences.
Love is an energetic emanation from our core essence.
Love is the willingness to allow them to fly free and high without an agenda and love them from a distance.
True love knows no distance in time.
For it all becomes one.
Many years ago,
I met a dear beloved wise man in India.
He has no phone,
Nothing.
Just a small medicine bag with crystals,
A notebook,
And pennies.
He spends his days wandering.
Really a testament to non-attachment to the materialistic things in life.
I was sad when we parted ways knowing I wouldn't have a way to contact him again.
Even though I tried to give him my email or number.
He told me to close my eyes and gifted me a crystal in the palm of my hands.
And he said,
This is a love stone.
Whenever you want to connect with me,
Bring me to your heart.
I am always available and with you if you call upon me.
We are spiritually connected and that's the most important.
And until this day,
I always feel his support and love when I bring him to my awareness.
When I hold the love stone in my hands.
He is just like my other guardian and earth angels.
The benevolent forces guiding me seamlessly through life.
Love is boundless.
It illuminates from an open heart and is the creative force constructing our whole reality.
Whenever you hit a challenging obstacle,
I invite you to ask,
How is my heart?
How am I loving myself?
And so now I want to invite you to take a moment and take three deep grounding breaths together.
And if you feel safe and core to do so,
You can gently close your eyes wherever you are.
Now bringing your awareness to the center of your heart space.
And in this moment,
Recalling a moment and experience or someone in your life that brings this overwhelming deep sense of pure love.
When did you feel the most joyful,
The most alive,
The most freeing and allow it to flow effortlessly through you and expand and deepen your capacity to love.
Love is freeing.
Love is boundless.
Now that you feel this immense love,
Allow love,
Allow this kind of love to be your compass.
Whatever feels the most closest to this love that you feel inside.
Follow that path.
Follow those callings because you know that your love will not leave you astray.
Let love lead your life.
Allow love to be the creative force constructing your whole reality.
You are so worthy of love.
You are love and you are oh so very loved.
When we choose love over and over and over again.
When we choose us over and over and over again.
Love and life itself will continue to unveil its mysteries to us.
