I kindly invite you,
Wherever you are right now,
Whether you're walking,
Laying down somewhere,
Driving in your car,
Listening to this,
Just take this moment and take a few deep breaths with me.
On the last exhale,
I want you to do a nice big sigh.
Allow your body to relax,
Soften your face,
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Rolling back,
Opening up your heart space,
Your feet planted onto Mother Earth beneath you.
I invite you to be fully here,
Right now,
In the eternal now.
Feel your feelings.
How often do you feel your feelings?
Do you make it a priority to feel your feelings?
When certain emotions come up,
What is it that you are programmed to do?
Do you sit with your feelings?
Do you analyze your feelings?
Do you question your feelings?
Do you contemplate on your feelings?
Or do you simply just feel your feelings?
You see,
It's very very important to feel your feelings.
Because by feeling your feelings,
It can bring a quality of vitality,
Richness,
Wisdom and insight into your life.
Everything in this universe is made up of energy.
And so when something is made up of energy,
It carries a life force.
So your feelings carries a life force energy within it.
And this is what makes it so special.
It's true that life could get super busy,
Sometimes,
Most times.
And life can bring a series of events,
Whether that be pleasant or unpleasant,
Into our lives.
And it is how we show up to these situations is what makes the biggest difference.
Feelings arise in the moment.
It is the relationship between what is happening right here,
Right now.
It is the relationship between what's happening in that moment for you.
And these feelings,
They flow through you.
And they can flow through you effortlessly.
Or they can flow through you with more of a challenge.
And this is dependent on the level of surrender that you have to these feelings.
If you allow these feelings to flow through you,
Eventually they will carry on and one day just vanish.
The thing about feelings is that they are not meant to linger if we fully feel them.
If we fully allow them to take up the necessary space for us to feel the complete wholeness of it,
For it to do its job,
And then carry on.
I want you to imagine yourself at an amusement park and you are on a roller coaster ride.
And imagine your feelings as this roller coaster ride.
You go through these cycles of highs and lows,
Highs and lows.
One part you might be super fast and super slow.
And after screaming and going through everything that you need,
After feeling it all,
You will eventually come to a stop.
And so you see,
Feelings belongs to that certain moment.
Feelings arising in a certain moment,
In every moment,
It does not belong to you.
It belongs to the divine and that present moment.
These feelings are simply moving,
Flowing through you.
So just allow them to flow freely.
Express yourself however you feel to be expressed.
Express yourself,
Express them responsibly.
Express with love,
Acceptance and gratitude that wow,
This feeling,
This situation is allowing me to grow,
To expand and to heal.
Allow yourself to feel fully,
To feel your feelings.
Be a witness,
Be a vessel for this divine force,
This divine intelligence to move through you.
It does not belong to you,
It belongs to the present moment.
And now invite you to drift off into this little meditation,
Closing your eyes gently,
Taking a few deep breaths.
And imagine yourself at a river and you gently lay on your back and you surrender to the flow of the river.
You allow yourself to drift down this river in full surrender.
You don't fight it,
You don't fear it,
But you allow the intelligence of the river to guide you on your way to give you what is needed for your highest alignment.
