Now notice just how you are breathing.
Your body knows how much air it needs.

Now imagine you are sitting in a lovely green field.
A field with lots of beautiful,
Colourful flowers.
And in this field you can see a magnificent rainbow.
And it's only a few feet away from you.
Wow,
Your very own rainbow.
You walk right up to the rainbow.
And you see that it has steps leading onto it.
So you climb up onto the steps.
And you've always wondered what is at the end of a rainbow.
Maybe you'll find out.
You take a step and then whoosh,
You are on the rainbow.
And you are walking in amongst all of the amazing colours.
Can you see all the different colours?
Beautiful colours.
You can see the colour red.
Imagine red for all different shades.
See it in your mind.
Dark red.
Light red.
Pinky red.
All the different tones of the colour red.
Red roses.
Maybe you can see red bricks.
Red apples.
Even a red sunset.
Now repeat after me.
I have lots and lots of energy.
You feel so full of life now and filled with energy.
And you now find that you have moved further on the rainbow.
Now allow the colour red to change to orange.
And imagine all the different shades of orange.
Picture the colour orange in your mind.
Maybe you see orange flowers.
Orange pumpkins.
Maybe carrots are orange too.
Surround yourself with the colour orange.
Now repeat after me.
I enjoy my life and love everyone,
Especially myself.
You can feel so much love entering your whole body and you feel great.
You now find you have moved further on the rainbow.
Now allow the colour orange to change to yellow.
See in your mind all the different shades of yellow.
Yellow lemons.
Yellow flowers.
The yellow fall leaves.
What else can you think of that is yellow?
You are surrounded in this happy yellow colour.
So repeat after me,
All of my ideas are brilliant ones.
You have so many ideas that can change the world so that everyone can be happy.
You now find you have moved further on the rainbow.
Now let the colour yellow change to green.
Green is the colour of healing and the colour of nature.
So fill your mind with the colour green.
Green plants.
Green leaves.
Even green grass.
So what else can you think of that is green?
Maybe it's your favourite colour.
Imagine being surrounded by a beautiful green colour.
Now repeat after me,
Everything that is good and full of love will come to me.
You now find you have moved even further on the rainbow.
Now let the colour green change to blue.
Imagine yourself as beautiful blue.
Unending shades of glorious blue.
The deep blue sea.
The beautiful blue sky.
What else can you think of that is blue?
Imagine the colour blue surrounding your whole body.
And repeat after me,
I am so very peaceful and so very calm.
You now find you have moved even further along the rainbow.
Let the colour blue change to purple.
Imagine yourself with the magnificent colour purple.
Maybe you can see purple flowers.
Or maybe a deep purple sunrise.
What else can you imagine that is the colour purple?
See yourself completely surrounded with the colour purple.
Now repeat after me,
What can I do to make people happy?
You now find that you have reached the end of the rainbow.
So for a few moments you can wander around at the end of your rainbow and finally see what is there.
So go and explore and have some fun.
Now it's time to return home.
So take a deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out.
Again deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out.

And whenever you are ready just wriggle your fingers and wriggle your toes.
