Nell's teaching style is modern and focused on functional movement. She shows you ways to stabilize your body that lead to a more effective stretch. She helps you become more aware of your body and how you hold yourself and that can help you live independently longer and avoid injury. Nell has been practicing yoga since 2000 and a teacher since 2013.
