Now recall all of the steps you took to reach here.
All of the effort that went into achieving your goal.
Maybe there were some or many challenges on the path.
Think of how you overcame every one of them.
Notice how easy and effortless the process was.
Notice how relaxed you were throughout.
That's right.
You dealt with every challenge with ease,
Confidence and a relaxed state of mind.
All of those challenges were so easy to overcome because you faced them head on with great might and efficiency.
You are at ease.
You are relaxed.
And upon your next exhale,
Let go of every bit of fear.
You are becoming more confident each day.
