Welcome.

My name is Natalie and I am so happy you are choosing this time to connect with this new moon energy.

Today we have a new moon in the sky of Taurus.

Taurus is a sign that invites us to slow down,

To ground ourselves and to savor the present moment.

To cherish what is truly valuable in our lives.

So please find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes gently if it feels safe for you.

Let your shoulders drop,

Soften your jaw and let everything be just as it is.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel how you are held.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through the mouth.

Again,

Breathing in through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

And sigh everything out through your mouth.

And let your breath now become soft,

Become steady and natural.

Allow your body to sink deeper into the earth beneath you.

Now let's bring an intention forward.

Like an inner resolve,

A seed you wish to plant with this new moon.

Something you wish to nourish within yourself.

We also call this a Sankalpa.

I will be saying out loud four Sankalpas and feel with your heart which Sankalpa resonates most with you.

I will be repeating every Sankalpa twice.

I am grounded,

Stable and safe.

I am grounded,

Stable and safe.

I trust in the abundance of life.

I trust in the abundance of life.

I receive what is good with open arms.

I receive what is good with open arms.

I lovingly care for my body and my mind.

I lovingly care for my body and my mind.

And I will choose one that speaks to you.

Feel the words and let them settle deep within you,

In your heart,

Like a whisper from your soul and repeat them three times silently within.

We will now travel through the body with the so-called rotation of consciousness.

There is nothing for you to do,

Only to listen to my voice and gently bring your awareness to each part without moving.

Simply feel and let your energy and presence awaken in each body part.

Let's start at the right side of the body.

Right thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Little finger.

Forearm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

Right side of the torso.

Right hip.

Left thigh.

Knee.

Chin.

Sole of the foot.

Big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Little toe.

Now bring your awareness to the left side of the body.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Little finger.

Palm of your hands.

Wrists.

Forearm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

Left side of the torso.

Left hip.

Thigh.

Knee.

Chin.

Ankle.

Heel.

Sole of the foot.

Big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your body.

Your lower belly.

Your chest.

Your heart center.

Throat.

Chin.

Lips.

Tongue.

Nose.

Right eye.

Left eye.

Forehead.

Crown of your head.

And feel your whole body as one whole.

Completely connected.

Completely present.

And now imagine that you are in a lush green garden.

A peaceful place in nature.

Beneath your bare feet,

You feel the warm,

Soft earth.

The grass tickles your toes.

Above you,

The warm spring sun.

The sky is blue.

The birds are singing.

You walk slowly through the garden.

You see blooming flowers all around.

Trees heavy with ripe fruits.

And a gentle stream flowing in the distance.

You feel safe.

Held.

And you feel deeply connected to the earth.

You reach out and pick a fruit from one of the trees.

You take a bite.

And you taste the sweetness of life.

Let your heart fill with gratitude for all that is already present.

For all that is on its way.

For all that you are planting within yourself.

Now repeat your sankalpa again quietly.

And trust that this seed will root deeply.

With love.

With calm.

With trust.

And now gently begin to bring your awareness back to your body.

To your breath.

To the space around you.

And gently wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Try to stay with your eyes closed.

And stretch if that feels good.

And whenever you are ready,

Bring your knees into your chest and roll over to one side.

Using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.

Take a moment to thank yourself.

And then still with your eyes remain closed,

Push yourself up into a seated meditative position.

And before we end this session,

I would like to give you three tips to integrate the Taurus New Moon energy.

First of all,

Ground yourself daily.

Stand barefoot on the earth or take mindful walks in nature.

Remember your connection to the earth.

Second,

Create structure and calm.

Invite rhythm into your day.

Eat slowly.

Rest well and establish a sense of inner and outer safety.

And last,

Make your intentions tangible.

Write down your intentions and place them somewhere you can see daily.

And take one small action to support them.

And now slowly,

Slowly,

Whenever you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

You have returned.

And I hope you feel more grounded,

More spacious,

And more whole.

Until the next time.

Namaste.
