This is a meditation that you can use at any time to find your ground,
To find your center.
In other words,
To reconnect with the energy of love and peace,
The energy that you are,
Your essence.
Wherever you are right now,
It could be lying down,
You could also be sitting,
You could be walking.
I invite you to welcome presence in your life in this moment.
So let's get started.
I invite you to reconnect with your breath.
Nothing needs to be changed unless you want to.
Noticing how you are breathing right now,
Noticing tensions,
Noticing the depth of your breathing,
Noticing where is the air going.
Now we're going to move towards body awareness.
Starting from your feet,
Noticing sensations in your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your belly.
Taking your time to really explore even when I'm not saying those words,
Even if I'm not describing body parts that you are wanting to pay attention to.
I am simply here your guide,
But please,
Honor your body.
So let's move and be aware of our buttocks,
Lower back,
Spine,
The whole spine.
And maybe you want to do some gentle movement,
Maybe not.
Be aware of your neck,
Aware of your shoulders,
Left arm,
Left hand,
Right arm,
Right hand.
Not holding the breath,
You're still breathing,
Not forgetting that you are breathing.
Now moving to the neck and the face.
And maybe you want to touch your face gently.
Maybe you want to send gratitude,
Express gratitude for your body.
So if that feels right for you,
Maybe starting again from the bottom,
From your feet and gently tapping or pressing the skin of your body.
Feet,
Ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
Hips,
Your upper body,
Your arms,
Your neck,
Your throat,
Your face,
Your hair,
Really taking the time.
And maybe now it is an invitation to give yourself a hug.
And inviting emotions to be there for you,
Accepting all these parts of your being.
And if that feels right for you,
Invite to express gratitude for what you have.
What can you be grateful for in this moment?
Doesn't have to be your body.
What can you be grateful for in your life?
Tuning into the energy of gratitude.
Taking your time.
Few things.
Breathing into it.
I invite you to trust that this meditation will leave you in a state of peace and alignment.
Your essence is love and peace.
This is where things start.
It's only when we can accept the now,
Then we can create the next part.
So if now you can be at peace,
Everything will be okay.
And I can tell you right now,
Right now you are okay.
And I know if you have tensions and aches and emotions,
Difficult emotions,
I know it can be hard.
I invite you to embrace the wholeness of who you are.
The aches,
The pains,
The emotions,
The challenges.
Inviting the energy of unconditional love.
Because this is who you are deeply by essence.
Allowing yourself to make sound.
And in this moment right now,
I invite you to become aware of the sensations on your skin.
What's outside of your body?
What's touching your body?
The pressure of your clothing.
Maybe the wind.
What can you sense?
Embracing it as a part of you,
This sensation.
Maybe you have your eyes closed,
Maybe your eyes are open.
If you had your eyes closed,
I invite you to open them and become aware of what you can see.
What can you see?
And really observing the room,
The environment.
Not holding your breath.
Allowing sounds.
Working with everything,
Your own sensations,
Your emotions.
What you can see.
And now let's bring awareness into what you can hear.
Maybe there are some noises.
Let's become aware of the closest noises.
Maybe that's your heartbeat.
Maybe that's the noise of your neighbors.
Let's become aware of the closest noises.
Now can you become aware of the noises that are a little bit further away from you?
Maybe if you are in a room,
What's outside of your room?
Can you hear that?
Can you connect with that?
Not judging.
And if you are judging,
That's totally fine.
Letting the judgment be.
Now let's become aware of the noises that are so far away that it's very hard to hear them.
Subtle noises.
Maybe that's city noise.
Maybe the wind.
Maybe the ocean if you are near the beach.
Maybe there is a school nearby.
Whatever it is.
Taking everything as a part of your world.
Knowing that everything is okay.
Everything is.
This moment is precious.
If you can be in this moment,
This is your key.
Now I invite you to connect with a higher realm.
I will take you through something different.
I will take you through the realm of the higher self.
Can you now imagine another you?
Physical version of you.
The same.
So that version of you is part of the realm,
The wise realm.
The soul plane.
Your higher self is a version of you that is wise.
Everything is okay.
Everything is loved.
Your higher self is a version of you that is empowered,
Wise,
Trustful,
At peace.
Can you right now imagine that other you with you?
The wise,
Peaceful version of you.
Can you welcome them in your world?
Your higher self is aligned with the energy of unconditional love where everything is okay.
They know everything.
They don't need to ask.
Your higher self knows,
Doesn't know how,
Doesn't know why.
They just know.
So this is an invitation for you to intend to become your higher self.
In life,
Well-being,
Wellness,
Peace comes from a state where we are comfortable with the not knowing.
And I invite you to welcome all emotions that go with that.
I invite you right now to connect with your higher self.
To feel how would that be if you were right now your higher self.
You don't need to know how.
You don't need to know why.
You are simply okay with what is and you trust that everything will unfold perfectly.
Yeah,
I invite you to tune into this energy of love and peace and empowerment.
Can you blend with your higher self?
Or can you simply imagine your higher self here with you even if you cannot blend with them?
You know that they are here for you right now.
And as we are reaching the end of this meditation,
I invite you my friend to really be with that concept which is actually truth.
You are energy before being physical.
You are the two.
Your higher self is the energy that is yours,
The essence of who you are.
I invite you to make your higher self your best friend and to trust that at some point you can blend with them and trust them because they are you.
