Transcript

Start by gently closing your eyes and bringing your awareness inward.

Be aware of how your body feels,

Any sensation of tension.

Breathe into that area and release,

Letting go of the tension.

Breathe in deeply.

Breathe out slowly.

Breathe in,

Filling your belly with air.

Breathe out,

Slowly releasing the tension in your body.

In your body,

On the surface you're lying on.

Breathing in deeply.

Breathing out slowly.

Feel the clothes on your skin,

Noticing how they gently rest.

Inhaling deeply.

Gently breathe out and release.

Visualise a beautiful bright white light above your head.

Inhale and visualise this white light going right through your body,

Through the crown of your head,

Down the middle of your body,

Creating a column of white light.

Take another deep inhale and visualise this column of light coming out from the bottom of your spine and connecting with the earth.

Feel this light awakening your soul and grounding you,

Feeling invigorated,

Feeling connected with the source,

Feeling grounded,

Feeling secure.

Taking another deep inhalation and on the exhalation,

Relax.

Release any residual tension,

Knowing you are safe and supported by the divine and Mother Earth.

Breathing normally now,

Bring your attention to the base of your spine.

This is your root chakra.

Visualise a beautiful lotus flower.

Imagine it is glowing in gorgeous red.

Breathe into this inch chakra.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Taking a deep breath in,

Release any low vibrational energy.

No longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

In this moment,

Repeat to yourself,

I have a right to be here.

I have a right to take up space.

I allow myself to be nourished and supported by Mother Earth.

Now moving your awareness up to your pelvic and reproductive area,

This is your sacral chakra.

Visualise a beautiful lotus flower and imagine it is glowing in gorgeous vibrant orange.

Breathe new energy into this chakra.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Take a deep breath in and release any low vibrational energy.

You no longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

Repeat to yourself,

I have a right to feel pleasure.

I have a right to feel every emotion on the spectrum whenever the emotion arises.

I allow myself to feel pleasure and the full spectrum of my emotional flow.

Move your attention gently two inches below your belly button.

This is your solar plexus chakra.

Taking a deep breath in,

Visualising a beautiful lotus flower that is glowing a gorgeous vibrant yellow.

Breathe new energy into this chakra and connect with it.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Taking another deep breath in and release any low vibrational energy on the exhale.

You no longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

Repeat to yourself,

I have a right to be powerful.

I have a right to create positive change according to my intention.

I allow myself to express my power in an authentic and satisfying way.

Gently moving up to your chest,

This is the heart chakra.

Visualising a beautiful lotus flower that is glowing a gorgeous vibrant green.

Breathe energy into this chakra.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Take a deep breath in and release any low vibrational energy.

You no longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

Repeat to yourself,

I have a right to love and be loved.

I have a right to a loving and healthy romantic relationship.

I allow myself to adore myself,

To adore other people and to be adored and treasured for who I am.

Gently bring your awareness now to your throat.

This is your throat chakra.

Visualise a beautiful lotus flower and imagine it is glowing a gorgeous blue.

Breathe new energy into this chakra.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Take a deep breath in and release any low vibrational energy.

You no longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

Repeat to yourself,

I have a right to express what is true for me.

I have a right to clearly state my thoughts,

Opinions,

Preferences and feelings.

I allow myself to find and activate my true and resonant voice.

Noticing the space between your eyebrows.

This is your third eye chakra.

Visualise a beautiful lotus flower.

Imagine it is glowing a gorgeous vibrant indigo.

Breathe new energy into this chakra.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Take a deep breath in and release any low vibrational energy.

You no longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

Repeat to yourself,

I have a right to see beyond the veil of form.

I have a right to see deeply and to trust what I see.

I allow myself to fully awaken to my intuition now.

Gently bring your attention now to the top of your head.

This is your crown chakra.

Imagine a beautiful lotus flower glowing a gorgeous violet.

Breathe energy into this chakra.

Imagine the petals are full and healthy.

Take a deep breath in and release any low vibrational energy.

You no longer need it and it is safe to let it go.

Take this time to repeat to yourself,

I have a right to sense my oneness with all that is.

I am a beloved divine child and I have a right to know that I am one with all that is.

I have a right to the truth of my identity.

I now allow myself to sense,

Know and trust my oneness with all that is.

Visualise each of your chakras bright and vibrant.

They are in alignment.

Call in the column of white light and have your chakras soak in the divine and mother earth energies.

Aligning them,

Connecting them.

This is your hara line.

Now all your chakras are healthy at the right vibrations.

It is time to bring your awareness back to the room.

Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently take a stretch if you feel you need to.

Slowly open your eyes.

Ready,

Take the time to sit up and you can go on with your day.
