Welcome dear one to the mindfulness meditation for ease.
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
As you settle into this moment bring your awareness to your breath.
There's nothing to change,
Nothing to force,
Just notice.
Feel the air as it moves in.
Let your breath be your anchor,
Holding you steady in the present.
With each inhale,
Welcome ease.
Letting it fill you,
Expanding softly through your body.
With each exhale,
Let go of tension,
Allowing your breath to carry it away.
You don't have to hold on.
You don't have to try,
Just breathe and let it be easy.
Let your shoulders drop,
Unclench your jaw,
Soften the space between your brows.
Feel yourself gently unwinding,
Settling into this space of calm.
Right here,
Right now,
There is nothing you need to do,
Just be.
Just breathe.
If your mind begins to wander,
That's okay.
Simply return to the rhythm of your breath.
Each inhale,
A gentle invitation to soften.
Each exhale,
A quiet reminder that ease is always within reach.
You are safe in this moment.
You are supported.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and constant.
Feel the air around you,
Open and light.
Let yourself rest in this balance,
Knowing you carry this sense of ease with you.
You don't have to leave it behind.
It moves with you.
It stays with you.
As you breathe,
Know that ease is not something you must earn.
It is yours.
It is here.
You can allow it.
You can welcome it.
Let it flow through you now and let it flow with you as you step into your day.
Take one more deep,
Nourishing breath in and sigh it out.
When you're ready,
Begin to move your fingers,
Your toes,
Slowly open your eyes,
Knowing that ease is still with you.
It is always here,
Waiting for you to return.
You are here.
You are present and ease is yours to keep.
