Good morning dear one welcome to the morning awakening meditation Let's start by taking a deep breath in and gently let it go Feel the weight of sleep releasing as you welcome this new day There is no rush Only this moment Only this breath As you settle into wakefulness Bring your awareness to your body Feel the support beneath you Notice the subtle rise and fall of your breath With each inhale invite in fresh energy light and clarity With each exhale release any heaviness any lingering tension from the night Let it go Gently begin to move your fingers your toes Have a little stretch if it feels good Allow your body to awaken in its own time with ease and kindness There is no need to force or push Just allow yourself to arrive fully into this new day Now bring your awareness to your heart Feel its steady rhythm Its quiet strength Take a moment to connect with gratitude Gratitude for this breath For this day For the opportunities ahead both seen and unseen Let this feeling expand filling you with warmth Filling you with light As you continue breathing set an intention for your day It can be as simple as I move through this day with ease Or I welcome joy and possibility Whatever feels right let it settle within you Anchoring into your heart like a soft steady glow With each breath You awaken more fully The world is waiting But there is no need to rush Take another deep nourishing inhale and exhale Feeling refreshed Grounded and ready to begin your day with presence and ease When you're ready slowly open your eyes stretch if you need to Carry this feeling of calm and clarity with you as you step into your morning This is your day and it begins with ease
