With over 15 years of clinical experience supporting people with chronic pain, stress, fatigue, inflammation, and complex long-term health conditions, she understands that healing involves more than addressing physical symptoms alone. While conventional healthcare often focuses on diagnosis and symptom management, her work recognises the connection between the body, mind, emotions, lifestyle, and nervous system. Drawing from both professional expertise and her own experience of chronic health challenges, Natasa combines physiotherapy, therapeutic yoga, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help people cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and self-compassion. Through these guided meditations and Yoga Nidra recordings, she offers a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and access the deep rest often missing from modern life.
