Rest is the path towards sleep, and this practice will lead you into a restful state, free from stress & anxiety, where the mind can slow, the body can relax, and the nervous system can begin to settle. This is a long practice that will fade out slowly, so you can easily transition into sleep. You may also use this practice to guide you into a nap during the day. Music created by Natalie - soft voices and a gentle drone at 432Hz, which is known to help reduce feelings of stress & anxiety as well as improve sleep quality. The music will fade so you can fade into a peaceful and deep sleep.
