This Yoga Nidra is for times of grief, where rest is needed but feels unattainable. We will plant the seed of hope & acceptance, while also gently inviting the grief to move through so that you can allow some of your grief to move through you, find a sense of healing and find rest. The practice will invite you to hold the heaviness of loss as well as hope for the future. It will help you to breathe through the challenges of impermanence. There are no closing words & the music will play until it fades away gently, allowing you to drift into a deep & healing sleep. Music called “Soothing Voices & An ocean Of Deep Rest” - created by Natalie Moon Disclaimer: You will be invited to feel the heaviness of your grief as well as invite in acceptance. Honour where you are at in your grieving journey and do not try to force anything. This practice should not be used as a replacement for therapy, nor will it take away grief. If grief feels unmanageable, seek professional support.
