This Yoga Nidra practice is to harness the magical, reflective & resting qualities of the Winter Solstice. Winter Solstice is the great stillness; the darkest time of the year that offers us a chance to slow down, move inward & reflect. In the weeks leading up to and following the Solstice, use this Nidra to plants the seeds of intention for the new year. Use this practice to connect to the deeper layers of our consciousness to gain insights, inner peace & rest. Let it support you for sleep & rest at bedtime or during the day in place of a nap. This track contains a calming asmr crackling fire to soothe stress & bring a sense of grounding and inner warmth. The sounds will continue after the practice for a few minutes so you can relax into sleep, soothed by the warm cozy fire.
