Explore MeditationWith 9 years of experience teaching hatha and slow flow yoga, and the last two yoga nidra as well, Natalie guides her students - beginners, and experienced practitioners alike - through a breath led practice. Students are inspired to move inwards in ways that lead to (re)discover of self, down-regulation and relaxation the the opportunity to feel. Her goal is to guide students down a path of finding union amongst the division, ultimately leading to a grounded, rooted perspective on our shared humanity. Alongside yoga, she brings training and a decade long career in classical and contemporary dance performance, dance education, and Pilates, as well as many years of sports and martial arts to the mat. She incorporates principles from all of these to provide an embodied and functional practice.
