
Log Cabin Meditation for Weight Loss
Take a journey into the woods, to a beautiful log cabin where you will receive suggestions to help you to lose weight naturally.

Make yourself nice and comfortable either sitting or lying down.
Free from all distractions.
And let's begin.
I'd like you to start by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
Take a second,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And hold it.
And as you exhale,
Allow your body to relax and your eyes to close.
As you continue to breathe,
Notice how your body is starting to relax more and more.
Become aware of any stress,
Pain or tension in your body right now.
Locate it.
And I want you now to take a really deep breath and visualise that breath going straight to those areas.
And on your exhale,
You exhale that stress,
Pain or tension.
I want you to do this three times.
Deep breath in to the areas.
Exhale stress,
Pain or tension.
Breathing deeply.
Feeling calmer with every breath.
Notice how each of those body parts relaxes now.
Notice how your body is starting to feel heavier as all your muscles relax.
Feel yourself sinking into the chair or the bed.
A wonderful feeling of comfort.
Allowing my voice to guide you into deep relaxation.
Now I'd like you to create in your mind the scene I'm describing to you.
You're standing in the woods in front of a log cabin.
It's a warm summer's evening.
Take a moment to look around you.
The grass beneath your feet.
The tall trees.
The beauty in nature.
And as you're standing there in this beautiful woodland area,
Time seems to pass so very quickly.
Soon it becomes night time.
And you can feel the temperature starting to drop.
The cabin is so secluded.
In the middle of the woods.
And as the temperature gets colder,
You pick up your coat.
Put it on and wrap it tightly around you.
You feel a gentle breeze on your face.
Taking the wonderful scent of pine that surrounds you.
You're alone in the woods.
And you feel perfectly safe.
Without a worry in the world.
If a worrying thought creeps into your mind,
Simply acknowledge it,
Then let it float away.
Now,
Walk slowly towards the door of the log cabin.
The cabin looks so inviting to you.
So welcoming.
You step up close to the door now.
And notice the detail of the wood on that door.
The carvings.
It looks beautiful.
Turn the door handle now.
And as you open the door,
You feel the heat from the log fire inside.
The wonderful welcoming heat from the log fire that's burning inside.
And it makes you feel so good.
A lovely welcoming heat that makes you want to step inside.
In from the cold.
So you enter the log cabin now.
And notice how cosy it is.
How comforting.
It's so welcoming to you.
And it makes you feel so good just being here.
Close the door behind you.
Take off your coat and hang it on the wooden coat stand near the door.
Then take a look around this wonderful log cabin.
Notice the log fire that crackles as it burns.
Notice the sheepskin rug in front of the fire.
It looks so soft.
Notice an old oak bookcase filled with many old books.
Notice the comfortable sofa that's near the fire.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the comfort of this room.
It makes you feel so safe.
So comfortable.
So relaxed.
Now walk slowly over to the sofa.
And then sit or lay on it.
Whatever you find the most comfortable.
And simply relax.
Relax in this wonderful secluded cabin in the woods.
You feel so safe.
So secure.
The warmth from the log fire comforts you.
And helps you to relax even more deeply now.
And with every breath that you exhale you find yourself relaxing even deeper.
Just letting yourself go.
And as I count from ten down to one.
You find that you keep on drifting deeper and deeper and deeper.
Into a wonderful hypnotic rest.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
Deeper relaxed.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Deep,
Deep relaxation.
You find yourself in a hypnotic sleep.
You can hear every word that I say.
Your subconscious mind is open and ready to accept and receive all of my suggestions.
For you know that they are for your benefit.
So you relax deeply now.
As your mind is open.
You are ready to lose the excess weight that you've been carrying.
You are ready to let go of the excess weight you no longer want or need.
And as you lay there so comfortable and relaxed.
You feel an increased sense of optimism.
An increased sense of optimism.
You feel more able to control your eating habits.
You have a positive attitude to becoming slimmer and healthier.
You have a positive attitude to becoming slimmer and healthier.
You are now ready to let go of the excess weight you no longer want or need.
You are letting go of the excess weight easily and effortlessly.
From now on you naturally select healthier food choices.
It happens automatically for you.
You eat small portions of food which satisfy you completely.
Your appetite is getting smaller and smaller.
And when I click my fingers you will physically feel a change in you as your appetite is becoming reduced.
Appetite becoming smaller.
Appetite becoming smaller.
Appetite becoming smaller.
You choose to eat smaller portions and to eat only when you are truly hungry.
You are completely satisfied with small portions of food which you eat only when you are truly hungry.
You now eat your food slowly.
You chew your food thoroughly.
When you start to get the sensation of feeling full you stop eating.
This is easy and effortless for you.
When you start to get the sensation of feeling full you stop eating.

You make healthy food choices to maintain a balanced diet and you drink more water than ever before.
You drink plenty of clear,
Refreshing water that cleanses and nourishes your body.
You are losing interest in food.
You now look at food as simply fuel for your body.
Once your body has had enough you stop eating.
And the healthier the food the better your body operates.
You feel lighter and freer every single day.
Positive and confident of success.
And the better you feel the more you are dedicated to achieving your goals.
Now I'm going to leave you in a few moments of silence for all these suggestions to become embedded in your subconscious mind now.
Now you sit up still in your log cabin.
And it feels as if you've had a very relaxing,
Refreshing,
Replenishing sleep.
The fire seems to have burned out but it's not cold.
You realise that you have slept through the night and it's now the next day.
You walk to the door and open it and you see it's an absolutely beautiful day.
You walk through the woods and notice the crunching of twigs beneath your feet.
Soon you come across a path with red bricks still deep in the woods.
And this is the road to success.
It's a long,
Bright,
Colourful,
Red brick path surrounded by trees,
Flowers,
Bushes.
The sun is shining so brightly.
You can hear the birds tweeting joyfully.
A group of pretty coloured butterflies fly past you and you feel so completely uplifted,
Happy.
And as you look behind you,
You see the old road that you took in the past.
It's not like this road.
It's dull,
Dreary and far along in the distance behind you on this old road.
You see the past you.
Overweight,
Unhappy,
Miserable.
And you instantly realise that even though you may still have weight to lose,
That this is no longer the person that you are.
She is long gone.
You are in the middle of the road to success.
The past you is far behind you.
The you now,
The wonderful you now,
Is someone who has started her journey.
By starting your journey,
You've already taken a big step towards becoming the woman that you truly want to be.
Turn and face forward again on the path to success.
Always looking forward now.
Always looking ahead.
The beautiful journey that you have begun.
And you know that this is the way that you are going to continue to go.
Far in the distance along your road to success,
You can see the future you.
The slim,
Happy,
Confident,
Beautiful you.
She's waiting for you,
Arms outstretched.
She looks incredible.
She's smiling confidently.
She looks so,
So happy.
As you walk excitedly towards her,
You feel your confidence growing with every step you take.
Your positivity growing stronger.
Because you know that you are becoming this wonderful version of you.
That you long to be.
And it's not just a dream.
It's happening.
You're already on your way there.
You're taking a step closer to this reality every single day.
And when you reach the slim,
Happy you,
Take a moment to really look at her.
This is the future you.
This is what you are going to become.
And now,
I want you to embrace her.
A full,
Huge hug.
And you hold each other.
And she whispers in your ear,
Thank you.
An overwhelming desire to become this future you is growing inside you now.
A determination is growing inside you now.
You can do this.
You will do this.
You are doing this.
It's happening.
You now know fully and completely that you can do this.
That future slim you is waiting for you to become her.
So that you can become one.
The future has never looked so clear.
And you have an amazing sense of confidence.
Knowing that not only are you going to do this,
You are going to enjoy every moment.
You now tell yourself firmly,
There is no going back.
Now repeat after me in your mind,
There is no going back.
I can do this.
I will do this.
I am already on my way.
Isn't it amazing to know that you are going to become this future version of you?
It's going to happen.
Now I am going to count from 1 to 5.
With each number that I count,
You will find yourself becoming more and more alert.
When I get to the number 5,
You will open your eyes,
Feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Ready to see your life through a new set of eyes,
A new perspective,
Knowing that you can do this.

This was absolutely awesome. I have just started meditating about three weeks ago and have really felt great. Even my husband has noticed the calming effect it has had on me. This one really pulled me in and kept my focus. I cannot wait until tomorrow morning so I can do it again. I feel so pumped up but yet so chilled. Very nice visualization & mind reset; the speaker has a lovely, calming and gentle lilt to her voice. This recording is directed toward women with gender specific affirmations near the end-it would be helpful to state this in recording description/detail-if I were a man investing time in this recording, I would have been quite taken aback & jolted out of an otherwise lovely experience. Please consider a gender neutral version or including female focus within title or description. Namaste.

Her voice is very soothing. I typically prefer male voices, but her's is so smooth it's very soothing. This is a hypnotic meditation for women. I will be listening often.
