Candle Flame For Weight Loss

This is for helping you to let go of the weight that you may have subconsciously been holding on to. Allow yourself to be guided into a wonderful state of relaxation by watching the flickering candle in your mind. Once there, follow my instructions to begin to let go of what is holding you back.

Please do not listen to this recording whilst driving or involved in any other activity.

Make yourself nice and comfortable free from all distractions.

And let's begin.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and comfortably exhale.

Take a second,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and hold that breath.

And as you exhale,

Allow your eyes to close and your body to start to relax now.

Continue to breathe at a pace that's comfortable for you.

Notice how with every breath that you take,

Each part of your body is relaxing gently and effortlessly.

You may notice a comfortable heaviness spreading throughout your body as you continue to relax more and more.

Each breath that you take takes you deeper and deeper into a wonderful,

Safe,

Comfortable and relaxing space.

Now imagine in your mind's eye a single candle that is lit.

Focus your mind on the flame of the candle.

Notice the flickering and dancing of the flame as the yellows and the reds swirl around.

Keep the candle in your mind as you go very gently and very deeply into a profound state of relaxation.

And as the flame flickers and dances,

You may notice a warm glow around the flame.

See the wax melt from the wick and drip down,

Down,

Down and just relaxing at the base.

And if you find your mind wandering away from the flame of the candle,

Just bring it gently back to the warmth of that flame.

And as you keep the flame of the candle there in your mind,

I will count,

I will count down from ten to one.

Each number will make you ten times more comfortable and more relaxed than you are now.

And as I count down each number,

You will see that candle's wax drip down,

Down,

Down further into relaxation.

See that warm light as a halo above the candle.

Ten,

A drop of wax beads near the flame.

Nine,

Eight,

Columns are forming alongside the shortening candle.

Seven,

The flame flickers making you feel even more relaxed.

Six,

Dripping down,

Down.

Five,

Four,

Deeper,

Deeper.

You are feeling very,

Very relaxed now.

Three,

Deeper and deeper.

Two,

Feeling as relaxed as can be.

One,

Deeply,

Deeply relaxed.

You are now very deeply relaxed and each and every suggestion that I give you will go deeply into your mind.

And right now,

I am speaking directly to your subconscious mind.

I am now speaking to the part of your subconscious mind that is protecting you,

Always protecting you.

I am now speaking to the part of your subconscious mind that is protecting you and holding on to extra weight.

I speak to that part of you right now.

You are currently holding on to extra weight for her.

You do this to protect her for whatever reason.

I honor and respect that all you do is to protect her.

But now,

She is ready to let go of her excess weight.

You no longer need to hold on to this weight.

The extra weight is like a shield,

But it is also like a mask.

A mask that is hiding her away from being able to thrive.

A mask that is hiding her away from being able to shine.

Whatever blocks are preventing her from letting go of this excess weight,

We can work together as we both have her best interests at heart.

To release that extra weight.

To release the excess weight that she no longer wants to carry.

This is what she truly wants.

To let go of this excess weight.

And we both trust in her decision to do this.

We must both agree to do this for her in order to help her.

If you are happy to help her to do this,

Continue to follow my voice.

Continue to follow my instructions.

Now imagine that you are working in harmony with her.

You are now completely one.

You are now working together.

You are now allowing her to let go of the excess weight.

As this is what she truly wants.

Now see yourself holding and carrying lots and lots of bags.

There's a heavy rucksack on your back.

Heavy satchels on each shoulder.

A bag tied around your waist.

And you're holding heavy bags in each hand.

These bags represent the excess weight that you have been carrying around with you for some time.

Imagine yourself with all of these bags getting up in the morning feeling weighed down.

Going into work with your energy being drained.

Going to meet friends.

Feeling heavy and uncomfortable.

Whatever you do with your days,

See yourself doing these things whilst carrying all of these bags.

It's exhausting.

But you simply keep on going.

Because you have the strength inside you to do anything.

You may not realise it but you are strong.

But now it's time to let go of these bags.

Now when you are ready,

I want you to put down one of the bags that's in your hand.

You feel instant relief.

Now put the other bag down.

It feels so good that it makes you want to keep on going.

Untie the bag from your waist and place it on the floor.

Notice that feeling of freedom that's starting to grow inside of you.

Take the satchel off your shoulder.

Put it down.

Take the satchel off the other shoulder and put it down.

You feel so much better in yourself.

It's such a relief.

Finally,

Take off the heavy rucksack and place it on the floor.

You feel so much lighter,

Freer.

It feels incredible.

You feel incredible.

Notice the new found energy that you have.

You stand taller,

Free from all the bags that were weighing you down,

Holding you back.

Now you can really start living.

Feel that vitality that you now have.

Enjoy these feelings whilst I am silent for just a few moments.

From this moment on,

You know what you have to do.

From this moment on,

You eat your food slowly.

You chew your food thoroughly.

When you start to get the sensation of feeling full,

You stop eating.

This is easy and effortless for you.

You take each day as it comes and recognise that even small amounts of progress are still progress.

You are now committed to living a healthier lifestyle.

And with each day,

You feel better and better about yourself.

Now take a deep breath in as all of these suggestions become embedded in your subconscious mind.

Gently exhale and as I count the numbers from 1 up to 5,

You will start to become more and more alert.

At the count of 5,

You will open your eyes feeling completely refreshed and replenished with a new found sense of excitement about you.

You now know that you can achieve anything that you set out to achieve.

It all starts with you.

1,

2,

Slowly and gently coming up now,

3,

Becoming more and more alert,

4,

5,

Almost there.

You may notice your eyelids fluttering as you are coming back to normal awareness now.

5,

Open your eyes,

Feeling excited and positive about your future.
