Start by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and gently exhale.
Take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and gently exhale.
One more time,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and hold that breath.
And as you exhale,
Allow your eyes to close and your body to start to relax.
Now I want you to imagine that you are in the most beautiful room.
And this room is filled with a beautiful lavender air.
You can see it.
You can sense it.
This lavender coloured air represents peace and calm surrounding you,
Nurturing you.
And on your next breath,
You are going to breathe in this beautiful,
Peaceful lavender air.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And notice as you breathe in this calming lavender air,
That peace and that calm is entering your body and calming you from the inside out.
With every breath you take,
You breathe in more and more of this calming,
Soothing lavender air.
I want you to notice how it's calming you and making you feel so very,
Very relaxed.
Your mind is relaxing and your body is relaxing.
Breathe in more of that lavender air as you relax more and more.
And as I count from ten down to one,
You will relax even more deeply.
You will feel that deep inner calm.
Ten,
Relaxing more and more.
Nine,
Breathing in that soothing,
Calming lavender air.
Eight,
Deeper relaxed.
Seven,
Deeper still.
Six,
Feel yourself drifting and floating now in a very,
Very pleasant way.
Five,
That's it,
Just let it go now.
Four,
Drifting deeper and deeper and deeper.
Three,
So very,
Very relaxed now.

Almost there.

Feeling very deeply relaxed,
A strong sense of calm about you.
Your subconscious mind is open and ready to accept my suggestions as you continue to relax peacefully and calmly.
A feeling of well-being is spreading throughout the whole of your body and mind.
And you feel absolutely wonderful right now.
Always listening to the sound of my voice.
For a while now,
You have wanted to lose weight.
And maybe you've had some success.
Maybe you haven't had success.
And the reason is that something or someone is holding you back.
During this hypnosis,
I invite you to experience this in a more intense way.
To put it into perspective.
And then you get to choose whether you want to move forward.
It's always your choice.
Now,
See yourself standing in front of the life that you want.
As an observer,
Picture it clearly right in front of you.
Whatever you see is right for you.
The life that you truly want is there before you.
You just need to step into it and start living it.
As you begin to move your foot to step into this life that you dream of,
You feel a pull on your arm.
On your shoulder.
Keeping you stuck right where you are or maybe even pulling you back.
The more you struggle to move forward,
The more this person holds onto you.
And it's so frustrating,
You want to move forward,
To step into the life that you want.
But this person is stopping you.
Feel that grip on your shoulder.
The grip on your arm.
It feels like this person is physically as well as emotionally holding you back.
Preventing you from living the life that you dream of.
And has been for some time now.
And now that you know and feel this,
It's time to see who it is once and for all.
Turn around and come face to face with yourself.
It's you.
You are the one holding yourself back.
You are the one preventing yourself from living the life you truly want.
It's only ever been you.
And now that you know this,
You have a decision to make.
A choice.
Right now.
You can remain exactly where you are.
You can keep living your life just the way it is.
Now you can break free.
You can break free and step into the life that you dream of.
You have the potential to do and become anything you want.
You have the strength inside you to step into your greatness.
To live as you want to live.
To be what you want to be.
To look how you want to look.
To do what you want to do.
Absolutely anything is possible for you.
You just have to make it happen for yourself.
And you can.
Notice a switch.
This switch represents your choice.
Do you flip the switch and step into the new life?
The life that you really want to live?
Or do you leave the switch alone and continue just as you are?
I'm going to be silent for a few moments whilst you make your decision.
However please know that if you flip that switch you will be starting your ideal life right here,

You will be making a commitment to yourself.
A commitment to yourself to do whatever it takes to live your potential.

Now either you flip the switch or you don't.
Whatever you decide,
Step into that life now.
Either the new life or back into the old life.
Whichever you decide,
I want you to see yourself living it right now.
See yourself living your life the way that you choose.
See it clearly.
See it in every detail that you possibly can.
Notice any smells,
Any sounds,
Any sensations,
Any colours,
Any feelings that you experience.
Because I am silent again for a few more months for you to see yourself living the life that you have now chosen for yourself.
Now it's time to come back to normal awareness.
I'm going to count the numbers from one up to five.
With each number that I count you will feel yourself becoming more and more alert.
At the count of five you will open your eyes feeling completely refreshed.
One.
Slowly and gently coming up now.
Two.
Starting to become aware of your surroundings.
Three.
Coming up more and more.
Four.
Almost there.
And five.
You are now ready to start living the life you truly want.
