Naomi Staley

Naomi (she/her) has practiced various forms of yoga since 2013, ranging from more active styles like Ashtanga and vinyasa, to hatha vinyasa and to slower practices like yin, breathwork, and meditation. She is passionate about yoga as a tool for mental and physical wellbeing. As an athlete, she uses yoga to have more body awareness, balance between muscle groups, and as a way to calm the mind. Curious to learn more about the physical body and different yoga philosophies, Naomi underwent a hybrid 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in the summer of 2024, doing online learning over several months and a week long in person retreat in October of 2024. She completed a 30 hour yin immersion in the fall of 2024 and a 55 hour yoga for mental health training in November of 2025. She is excited to share her passion for yoga with students!
