Closing your eyes and connecting with your breath.

Getting comfortable and calling all of your attention into the here and now.

If you have pain or discomfort present,

Allowing those sensations to exist.

Giving up the fight with them for now.

And doing your best to continue with the visualization that I describe.

During this meditation,

You will be guided to connect with and visualize your truest desires.

Giving your attention to your goals and dreams will help you get crystal clear about what it is that you truly want in your life.

And by doing this practice regularly,

You will be harnessing the manifesting power of visualization.

An essential technique for achieving goals.

This exercise will guide you to choose three goals.

One easily attainable goal.

One more difficult or more long term goal.

And finally,

One big dream.

The first two goals should be realistic and possible.

And the last one is where you get to dream as big as you like.

Starting by allowing your breathing to become natural and easy.

Letting go of any thoughts and feeling your heart and mind open.

Feeling a connection building between your heart and your mind.

Allowing them to work harmoniously together.

All desires are born in the heart and carried out by the mind.

So continuing to let this connection between your heart and mind grow.

Now choosing an easily attainable goal.

Something small and achievable.

Maybe something that you need to do this week.

Something that you've been meaning to do or complete that can be done in a short time frame.

Something that improves your life but without a big investment of your time or money.

Spend a minute now visualising what your life will be like once this goal has been achieved.

And now,

Deciding what you want to do.

And now deciding on one action that can be taken to make progress towards this goal as soon as possible.

Next,

Considering a bigger goal.

Something that might require you to save money,

Plan ahead or work towards overtime.

This goal could be anything at all,

As long as it feels achievable to you.

Spend a minute now visualising what your life will be like once this goal has been achieved.

And now,

Deciding what you want to do.

And now,

Deciding on one action that can be taken to make progress towards this goal as soon as possible.

Next,

Considering your wildest dreams.

This is your space to explore how your life would be if your wishes for yourself came true.

This might seem futile,

But there are actually many benefits to aligning with your dreams.

Firstly,

Thinking about these dreams allows you to experience joy,

Love,

Relief,

Hope and other positive feelings.

If you spend just 20 seconds or more enjoying a positive feeling,

You start to rewire your brain to experience that feeling more easily again.

And you never know,

It might be your turn for a miracle.

This exercise isn't about banking all of your chances on a miracle,

But simply letting yourself indulge in a dream.

Not always,

But sometimes dreams come true.

Spend a minute now visualising what your life will be like once this goal has been achieved.

Namaste.

And now deciding on one action that can be taken to make progress towards this goal as soon as possible.

Now finally spending a few minutes visualising your ideal life.

Everything from your house to the clothes you wear,

How you feel in your body to how you spend your day and who you spend it with.

Taking all the time you like to connect with your ideal life and coming back into your body when you're ready.

Loved this so much I have so many dreams but when you cannot work you feel like you cannot ever achieve the things you want to achieve. In this I made 3 goals and when I started writing them down I saw how they were all connected and if I do these small things every day I will soon get to where I want to be. Thank you

Thank u so much for this wonderful meditation. The part about miracles bought me to tears. With chronic pain, my life has changed so much and I wish for my old life back everyday. This gives me hope. Thanks again.

So very welcome and needed. In fact, after I started visualizing my third goal, I went back and added a second first goal of starting to use (or if it turns out to be a technology fail, go old school paper) the vision board app I downloaded a couple months ago for this express purpose - then never used. I need to keep it simple for right now, which also means I have bookmarked and downloaded this track. 😊 Thank you for your understanding of chronic pain and illness, and for sharing with the world how skillfully you lead us, your words and lantern aloft, through the murk and fog to the brighter dawns ahead. I see the light in you. Thank you. 🤲❤️🤲
