What is holistic feminine healing?

We're gonna break it down.

We're gonna break it down into holistic feminine healing.

When we utilize that term holistic,

What we're utilizing is the body,

The mind,

The soul,

The emotion.

We are looking at more than just the body within our healing journey.

That is simply what holistic means.

We're taking into account the person as a whole.

Feminine healing.

When we utilize this term feminine healing,

What we're acknowledging is femininity in today's society.

Is the feminine so this might be our cycles this might be growing up as a woman in today's system what that means to us.

It might be looking at our holistic needs as a woman,

So what comes up for our cycles,

What comes up for our bodies,

What do we need as women as opposed to just what do we need as human beings.

Is also acknowledging that we are women navigating this world and specific traumas and challenges can come up as a result of being a woman in today's society.

That is what feminine healing is as opposed to just general healing.

In practice feminine healing looks like utilizing a range of modalities and the reason for this is because feminine healing is so nuanced.

There's so many layers and levels and needs when it comes to being in this feminine work.

So it needs to be approached with a range of tools and practices.

This could be anything from understanding how we integrate the nervous system into our daily lives.

It could be breath work.

It could be moving with Kundalini energy that specifically focuses on the bottom of the spine,

At the coccyx,

For example.

It could be working with emotional processing.

It could be working with womb work,

Working with our nervous system and understanding what that means per hour.

Overall cycles and our overall needs every single day feminine healing in this holistic Scenario happens because often what happens is a woman goes on a journey and understands and realizes that the conventional healing Options that exist for them don't always allow for them to reach the points that they need in any given moment So they turn to a more holistic approach and this often lands differently for every single woman and the tools and practices that work that every single woman are very,

Very different depending on their own traumas,

Their own challenges,

And their own feminine needs.

But essentially,

When we're working with a holistic approach,

What we're doing is we're undoing this conventional work that only tends to the mind,

And we're tending to the system overall,

Which then involves this real embodied work that didn't exist without utilizing the holistic approaches.

Because the holistic approaches allow for us to explore femininity in a different way because we're utilizing the feminine within the healing work.

That means we have to be more holistic with it.

Women often arrive at a very different level of depletion and then that means they have to really work at not what's wrong but what do they need and what they need can be wrapped up in a whole host of layers of sometimes there's just this vague persistence that there's something off and it doesn't come from understanding it by just utilizing the mind or just going into the body.

That's what work and pelvic health work is really great at.

It's the access point and then after the access point of being with the womb,

Being with the pelvis,

Then we start to explore other areas of the body and why these physical responses are coming up,

These physical triggers are coming up,

As a result of the emotional and the all-giving parts of the journey that exist for a woman.

Holistic Feminine Healing is not asking what is wrong with me,

What is healing.

What is the issue is asking.

What is my body trying to tell me?

It's not,

How do we fix this?

It's.

.

.

How can my nervous system respond differently to this trigger?

And it's about what has your body been carrying?

What do I need right now to feel safety within my body?

This is a huge one for this holistic feminine healing work.

The thing about feminine healing in this holistic way is it is slower.

There is no quick fix.

It is a long journey that we have to acknowledge and be with.

And there is like this gentle unfurling.

I like to think of women in this holistic feminine healing space as these beautiful flowers that unfurl petal by petal until they reveal that beautiful nectar centre.

This takes a long time sometimes for a flower to even begin to bloom.

I always like to think of the peonies that I place on my table every single year and I watch how some of them billow into this beautiful big bloom how some of them move into this really huge flower really quickly as they face the sun and some of them take time much much longer to the point where they end up staying in my vase for a longer period of time while the other ones have already finished in their full bloom moment.

If ever you feel like you're somebody who's been doing all the things and you still feel like something is missing something is off then this is the work for you you just have to give yourself more time more acknowledgement and find the spaces that resonate for you for your overall healing.

Follow what resonates and once you find those spaces,

Find those places,

That's when you will start feeling a little bit more whole,

Piece by piece.

Sending love.
