Hi,

This is Nancy Prinsetta.

Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation to release tension and stress and even pain in your head and your gut.

So let's begin.

Find a quiet place and take a comfortable position and perhaps place your hands gently in your lap.

Take a deep breath and gently pause and then exhale and allow yourself to totally relax.

Now take a moment to take all of your thoughts,

All of your concerns,

All of your appointments and place them in a box,

Clearing your mind,

Putting that box in a special place and letting it go.

And now gently allow yourself to see these beautiful golden roots growing from the bottoms of your feet and grounding you completely into the earth comfortably and in deep relaxation.

So now we are grounded and totally present in the now moment.

So just take a moment and release your hands and place one palm flat against your forehead and the other palm gently against your belly right below your belly button.

And this is the area of your gut.

It also extends into your power center as well.

So we are just going to take a moment and take a deep breath and feel if there might be any tension or stress that we are holding on to in these areas.

And gently exhale.

So now I want you to visualize and see a beautiful soft green light creating a beautiful ball of energy in the palm of each of your hands,

One at your forehead and the other at your lower belly and gut.

Right beneath the palms of your hands.

And so we are going to allow this green energy to gently expand and be absorbed into the center of your head and into the center of your gut.

So let's do that right now.

Take another deep breath in.

We are going to feel that ball of soft green light expand and then as we exhale it is going to be gently taken and released into the center of our heads.

And now let's do that at our gut.

Take another deep breath in.

See that ball of green energy and light expanding gently absorbed into the center of your gut.

And so this beautiful green energy is now absorbing any anxiety or stress or even perhaps some pain that is being experienced in your body.

So now we are going to allow this energy to gently be released as we take some of that green energy and absorb it back into the palm of our hand and our forehead.

So let's do that.

Take a deep breath in.

And we are allowing some of that beautiful green energy to now be absorbed back into the palm,

The part of that energy that is holding the vibration of anxiety or stress or pain.

So let's do that.

Take a breath in and then exhale and release.

And then do that same thing at your gut.

Take another breath in and then gently release.

And so now we have released any tension or stress that has been available for us to let go of at this time into the palms of our hands.

And so I now want you to release your hands and just shake them out.

Shaking them out.

So we are going to continue with this process until all tension and stress has been released.

So once again,

Taking a moment to deeply relax,

I want you to see a beautiful star.

And take that beautiful golden star and place it in the palm of your hands.

And take your hands and place it flat against your forehead.

And now it's in communication and in connection with that beautiful remainder of that beautiful soft green light that's in the center of your head.

And now that beautiful star is in the center of the palm of your hand.

So now we are going to take that star and taking a deep breath,

We are going to place it in the center of that ball of soft green light in the center of your head.

So let's do that.

Take a deep breath in.

And feel that beautiful gold star being absorbed right into the center of that ball of soft green energy in the center of your head.

Now we are going to do the same.

We are going to place our palm at our gut and see it have a beautiful,

Bright,

Brilliant golden star right in the center of your palm.

And then taking a deep breath,

We are going to take that star and place it right in the center of that ball of soft green energy in the center of your gut.

As you exhale,

This is taking place with ease and grace.

So now take another deep breath and perhaps you place your palms back in the center of your lap and just allow yourself to imagine a place that brings you a sense of delight and joy and peace.

This place,

This happy place,

Is somewhere in nature.

So I want you to remember a time in your life when you were in a beautiful natural setting where you felt at peace,

You felt free from anxiety or stress,

And you felt delighted by the environment that you were in and you were extremely connected to your joy and your happiness.

So take a moment to locate yourself in time and in space,

In your happy place,

In a beautiful natural setting.

And now that you've located yourself,

I want you to look around and see the colors,

The textures,

The smells,

The feeling of the wind or the air on your body,

Anything else that's connected to your senses that enhances this memory in your imagination of your happy place at a special time in your life.

So we're going to allow ourselves to imagine that we are bringing this experience into the now moment.

So I want you to take a deep breath and just feel that experience coming into your present awareness.

And we're going to embrace this feeling in the now moment of your happy place.

That is a very clear memory and feeling.

So we're going to embrace this feeling.

And once again,

We're going to place it in the center of our palms of our hands,

And you're going to take the palm of your hands and place it directly flat against the center of your forehead with that magnificent feeling of your happy place right in the center of your palm.

And this is in direct connection to that beautiful,

Soft,

Green ball of energy of light in which that golden star has been placed.

So now we're going to take this feeling and we're going to absorb this feeling into the center of the star that's in the center of that soft ball of green light.

So let's do that.

Take a deep breath in.

And as we do so,

That feeling that is free of anxiety and stress enters right into the core of that beautiful golden star.

And as it does so,

It begins to expand and release all the energy that that star has absorbed,

Any remaining energy of stress,

Anxiety,

Or pain that may have been still there in your head.

And so now we're going to take another deep breath,

And the star is going to continue to expand.

And as it does,

It explodes into beautiful particles of light and stardust and releases any remaining anxiety or stress.

And what remains is that beautiful feeling of your happy place in the center of that beautiful,

Soft,

Green ball of energy.

Just notice how that feels.

And now we're going to do the same at our gut.

So placing your palm at your gut,

Just once again take a deep breath knowing that that beautiful feeling of your happy place is right in the center of your palm,

And you're going to absorb it as you exhale into the center of that golden star in the center of that ball of soft green light.

And it's absorbed,

And it continues to expand.

One more deep breath.

As you exhale,

It completely releases all the anxiety and stress in that golden star has been holding onto and bursts into particles of light and stardust.

And what remains is your happy feeling in the center of that ball of soft green light.

Another deep breath.

And as you exhale,

You can totally relax and celebrate this experience of being pain free,

Of releasing all the anxiety and stress that might have been held in these areas.

And you can celebrate this moment.

So you might want to gently,

Once again,

Shake out your hands and honor this process that has just taken place.

Honor yourself for participating in this beautiful meditation this day,

And I thank you.
