Light is traveling and carousing your soul safely and comfortably.

Every day in your stillness and your movement leading you deeper and deeper into this realization and your journey.
This light within you is blooming seeds,

Sounds,
Electricity,
Water.
Deep breath out for the possibility of receiving what you need in this moment.
You have persevered and overcame.
You tried and failed and succeeded and cried and felt all the different passages that this life has led you to.
Your stillness and heartbeat are rooting for you and so are the ancestral lifelines.
You are of water and an ancestral memory.
You are of air and an ancestral wisdom.
You are of earth and fire.
You are as you are.
You are and can be.
