Slow down take your time notice smell the roses talk to your neighbour acknowledge the stranger walk slowly notice the signs as the seasons change you'll never see this season change again in the way it's changing this year play that game with your loved one stop and congratulate yourself on how far you've come there were times you didn't think you'd make it,

And you have count your blessings,

Name them one by one and do it regularly play that song and play the other one tell them that you love them and tell them why you appreciate them say thank you say thank you,
