Now,
Let's begin.
Clearing energy out of the ears.
Sit with your spine upright.
Close your eyes and come into the center of your head.
Create a rose out in front of you at arm's length and use it to clean out the center of your head.
Let the rose collect up anyone else's energy that may be there,
Any negative thinking,
Or just anything you're ready to let go of.
Then put the rose out in front of you and destroy the rose.
You can toss a little bomb at it or light a match and dissolve it completely.
Allow the energy to disperse.
Clearing energy around the ears will keep your hearing and your listening at its best.
So imagine now,
With your eyes still closed,
In the center of your head.
Imagine a horizontal line out in front of you that's a gauge that goes from 0% to 100%.
And let the first number that shows up represent the percentage of your hearing that's working for you right now.
And then adjust the gauge as you'd like.
And then go ahead and destroy the gauge.
Remember,
This is just energy and it moves at the snap of the fingers.
The more you allow yourself to play with it,
The more aware of your energy you'll become.
Then you'll have the opportunity to consciously take charge of it.
Now create another rose and use that rose to clear energy out of the middle ear and the inner ear,
Starting on the right side.
Collecting up any density,
Any vibration that's not you.
Notice if there's any fluid or blockage and clear that out as well.
And then put the rose out in front of you at arm's length and destroy the rose.
And now create another rose and do the same thing with the left ear.
Make it a sticky rose and use it to clear energy out of the middle ear and inner ear in particular.
And just notice how that feels.
It may even affect your sinuses.
Put the rose out in front of you and destroy the rose.
Now with your attention at the center of the head,
Create a rose out in front of you and let that rose represent your capacity for listening.
Just notice the color,
The size,
The openness of the rose.
And now give the rose a grounding cord and release down that grounding cord.
It'll go to the center of the planet,
Get recycled.
Release any filters,
Any congestion that you might be holding onto,
Maybe things from your education,
From tuning out your family,
Or maybe just tuning out to escape life.
And as you do that,
See how the rose changes.
Now create a gold sun over the rose and put in that gold sun the courage to hear the truth,
To listen from the center of your head,
And the amusement to work with whatever comes your way.
Go ahead and bring that gold sun into the center of your head to the rose that is your listening,
Filling it up and shifting the vibration.
Then snip the stem of the rose and let it go out to the universe to come back to you.
So this is you creating from the inside out.
Now create another rose and clear out any judgments you have about your outer ears,
Their size,
Their appearance,
Or anything else.
And notice which chakras may have been holding those judgments.
And then go ahead and destroy that rose.
And as you sit for another moment,
Just notice any background sound that might be coming from within.
Rather than seeing it as a problem,
Listen to it.
See what it has to say to you.
Allow yourself to trust in the process of life,
In the process that happens with hearing and listening,
With your ears connecting to your heart with clarity.
And then from the center of your head,
Create a gold sun over your head and put into that gold sun the energy of clarity and openness and trust,
Self-love and love of the divine.
When you're ready,
Pop a hole in the gold sun and allow bright gold,
High vibration energy to pour into the top of the head,
Filling all the cells of your body,
Filling your grounding cord and filling your aura and keeping your aura even on all sides of your body.
And then when you're ready and completely filled up,
Open the eyes slowly.
