This is a practice for releasing self-judgment, shame and all the shoulds. Many of us to some degree feel societal pressure to be perfect, look a certain way, dress a certain way, etc. This meditation will guide you in loving yourself no matter what as well as releasing the shame you hold for not living up to this image often. Allow yourself to feel good enough now without changing throughout this practice. This meditation is inspired by Brené Browns book "The Gifts of Imperfection".
