Today I would love to share with you this simple but magical practice.
Chanting mantras has been an ancient practice to connect with the world,
With your true self.
Aum is an universal sound of the universe,
The sound of creation,
Peace,
Divinity.
Chanting Aum,
Which sounds like Aum,
Helps you to connect with the divine nature within you.
It helps to release all emotional and physical tension,
Calm your mind,
And by establishing inner peace,
Gain clarity about your path and find answers you may seek.
It also helps to improve digestion,
Release stress and establish a deeper connection with your body and soul.
The more you practice singing this mantra,
The happier you will feel and the more benefits you will get.
Let me tell you and show you how you can chant it to feel the stronger vibration.
You start with a long Aum from your root chakra,
Feeling how the energy flows up through your spine,
Then higher sound of Uuuu,
Closer to your chest and throat,
And when you close your lips,
Making a sound Mmmmm,
Allowing the energy to flow higher till your crown chakra.
So when you chant Aum,
You align the energy flowing through your chakras within,
Balancing them.
Now I invite you to sing this mantra with me.
Feel how your whole body starts vibrating,
Aligning you with the vibration of peace and love.
Get ready for this practice.
Take a comfortable sitting position,
Keeping your back straight,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and with the next out breath,
Relax your body,
Inhale deeply through your nose and release.
Center your body.
Let's set an intention for this practice to connect with the source of creation,
With your soul and gain clarity about your path.
Take one more deep breath in and with the next out breath,
You surrender this intention to the universe.
Keep breathing slowly and deeply.
Start singing this mantra with me,
But you may find the most comfortable pace for you.
Chant how you feel it.
Allow yourself a few minutes to come back to your natural state.
Take this time to observe your inner sensations within and the effect you gained during this practice.
