Welcome to this clearing energy practice.
Clearing energy is the same important as washing your hands or clothes.
It helps you to get rid of unneeded energy that doesn't belong to you and might affect your mood,
Well-being,
And your health.
This practice also helps you to stay connected to your path and stay focused on what is important for you.
It's like when you come home,
You take off your clothes,
Wash your hands.
These routine procedures are automatic,
And clearing energy should become your daily routine so you could clear all the energy that you picked up from others,
And you could connect more with your own energy field.
The practice brings you lots of fun,
And you can use all your creativity to clear your energy.
I call this practice Lyrin Dance Shake Your Body.
You can listen to my voice for the general guidance,
But follow along how your body wants and needs.
So,
Let's dance!
Are you excited?
Don't worry,
You don't need to have any special dancing skills.
Like you're taking off your clothes when you're in a rush.
Imagine you're taking off anything that is left on your body.
Let's begin!
Stand up and start shaking your body in a random flow.
Shaking your legs,
Your hands,
Your head,
Your hips.
Imagine that all the energy,
Emotions,
And negativity that doesn't belong to you and you picked up is going away with the movements of your body.
You can invent your own dance,
Like look at the sun above.
Stand on your toes and wave to the sun,
Returning to the universe everything that doesn't belong to you.
As well as you can bend over towards the earth and ground yourself,
Giving it back to what belongs to the earth.
Then you can jump to the right,
Pushing away the invisible opponent with your hip.
And jump to the left.
Lift up your right leg and shake it.
Lift up your left one and shake it.
Jump on your left leg and shake your right one.
And jump on your right leg and shake your left one.
Sit stand.
Jump around your body,
Shaking your hips.
Make a move,
Like you are clearing your hands from the energetic dirt starting from your shoulder and ending with your fingers.
And choose it for the other hand.
Can you feel easier,
Lighter,
Like a butterfly?
Can you feel how the invisible burden returned to the light?
Shaking your body is just right.
Are you off-mining during this workout?
Invite your energy back while moving around.
Take a few more minutes to dance.
Lift up the arms.
Thank you.
Okay,
When you feel that's enough,
Stay quiet.
Stand on your toes,
Lift up your hands towards the sun,
Imagining how the healing loving light shines at you,
Covering your whole body.
Feel how it gets into your fingers,
Your head with the inhale.
It moves down through your body,
Filling you with the energy of light and love,
Making you whole,
Healed and full of joy.
And with the exhale you let go of everything you don't need anymore.
Take a few deep breaths in,
Feeling a new fresh energy flowing within your body,
And like all negative and unneeded energy is leaving your body.
When you exhale you can bend over towards the earth.
For the last breaths you can put your feet shoulder width apart and close your eyes to calm your breathing and feel calmness.
And you are done,
You are at peace.
Like you took a clearing shower and your energy is restored to the initial clear state.
