Welcome to the Stance of Freedom practice.
Sometimes you might notice there is some tension in your body.
Constant tension can lead to pain,
Continuous pain,
To illness.
Some emotions,
If not released properly,
Might get stuck in the body and causes different issues.
You may not be aware of how they appeared and how to release them.
A lot of our actions are automatic,
Run by subconscious programs.
And very often these programs make us feel uncomfortable.
And that's how tension and blocks appear in the body.
That's why in order to stay happy and healthy it's better to release any tension from the body.
This practice is aimed to help your body release suppressed emotions,
Blocks and tension.
So this is how it works.
A very important part is preparation.
Try to relax your body preparing for the practice.
Make a few deep breaths.
Try to connect to your body,
Feel inner flow and the needs of your body.
Notice where it keeps any tension,
Pain or other sensations.
The deeper you will be able to connect to your body,
The more productive the practice will be.
And the more emotions you will be able to release.
Feel the one with your body.
Then you start moving your body in a natural flow with or without music.
Dance like nobody's watching.
Feel your body and move the way it leads.
You don't need to perform for anyone or make yourself look good.
Feel that you're a part of the universe.
Feel the flow of life.
It might not look very attractive.
That's why it's better to practice it privately so you could feel comfortable and get fully into the practice.
It's very important to be gentle with your body so you won't cause it more pain.
Just feel your body,
Move it how it leads.
When you only start practicing,
You might discover that your body gets tight very quickly,
Especially if you aren't used to exercising regularly.
You might feel shy,
Not able to make many types of movements.
And this is normal.
In time you will notice that the time of your practice will increase as well as the variety of exercises.
If you will keep practicing it every day for at least two weeks,
You will see altered changes and will feel inner transformation.
The most important – to feel your body.
Be gentle and patient.
Practicing it regularly you can release the best emotions,
Tension and pain within the body.
The deeper the pain,
The more practice you will need.
It also can help you to get rid of fears,
Feel more joy and calmness during the day,
Get inspired and motivated.
It helps to improve your sleep and reduce stress.
The best outcome you can achieve is to feel the best version of yourself and stay at peace.
