Welcome to week 1 of the HOPE Project,
Guided Audio Meditation.
Hi,
I'm Mark.
Welcome.
I'm so glad you've made space to be here.
This is your time to breathe,
To settle,
To return to yourself.
Whether today has been heavy or light,
Quiet or chaotic,
You don't need to fix anything.
You just need to arrive.
So,
Wherever you are,
Get comfortable.
Uncross your legs.
Relax your shoulders.
Let your hands rest gently in your lap or at your sides.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes and take a deep,
Full breath in and a slow breath out.
Again,
Breathe in deeply and let it go.
Let's do one more.
Inhale and exhale.
Let yourself arrive.
This moment is enough.
You don't have to feel hopeful right now.
You don't have to figure it all out.
You just have to breathe.
HOPE lives in moments like this.
Small,
Quiet choices to come back to life.
Now,
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice your chest rising and falling.
Notice the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you.
Let yourself be held.
You don't have to carry everything today.
If your mind starts to wander,
That's okay.
That's what minds do.
Just notice it,
Then come back to this breath,
To this moment,
To this beginning.
And now,
I want to invite a gentle question.
What if I let hope find me here?
No pressure,
No demand,
Just the possibility.
What if hope isn't a feeling I have to chase,
But a space I can step into?
A way of seeing.
A way of staying open.
A way of saying,
I'm still here,
And I'm still willing.
Imagine this.
You are standing in a field,
Early morning.
The light hasn't fully come yet,
But you can feel it coming.
There's a hush in the air,
Like the earth is whispering,
Don't give up now.
Morning is coming.
You place your hand on your heart,
And you breathe.
Just breathe.
Hope begins here,
In your body,
In your body,
In your breath,
In this quiet moment of yes.
So take one more deep breath in,
And let it go.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Let your awareness return to the room around you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
You're not behind.
You're right on time.
Welcome back.
