Welcome to Week 6,
The HOPE Project,
Guided Audio Meditation.
Hi there,
I'm Mark.
Find a quiet space where you can land fully.
Take a breath in,
And let it out.
Let your body settle into wherever you are.
You don't have to be anything other than present.
You don't have to do anything other than breathe.
This is your time,
Your space,
Your ceremony of becoming.
Let's take a few moments to reconnect with your body,
The place where hope lives.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice the support beneath you.
Let your legs be heavy.
Your hips release.
Your chest open.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your hands unclench.
Let your jaw soften.
Breathe in again,
Slowly,
And say to yourself,
I am here.
I am safe.
I am ready.
Now picture a light inside your chest.
It might be a candle,
A flame,
A spark,
Small but alive,
Steady.
This is your hope,
Not flashy,
Not loud,
But real and yours.
This flame didn't come from outside you.
You lit it.
You kept it burning,
Even in the dark,
Even when it flickered.
And now that light,
It's growing.
Imagine that light beginning to expand into your lungs.
Your arms.
Your heart.
Your mind.
It's lighting up the parts of you that had gone dim.
The parts you thought you lost.
The parts you were afraid to trust again.
Let the warmth fill you.
Let it wrap around you.
This is you,
Not waiting anymore,
Not hiding,
Not doubting,
But becoming.
You are the light now.
Now let these words rise up from inside you as truth,
As memory,
As promise.
I am the evidence that hope is real.
I carry light,
Even when the world feels dark.
I don't have to shout to shine.
My hope is allowed to take up space.
I trust what's inside me.
I am becoming what I once needed.
I live hope out loud every single day.
Take a final moment here to notice what's shifted,
What's opening.
What feels alive.
This isn't about being perfect.
This is about being present to your truth,
Your light,
Your becoming.
Bring your hand to your heart or your belly and speak softly to yourself.
Hope lives here.
It always has.
And now so do I.
Take one more deep breath and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
You're not leaving hope behind.
You're taking it with you.
Wherever you go next,
Go with hope.
