Brave Meditations,

Number two,

Inner strength.

Hi,

I'm Marcus.

Thank you for going with me on this journey.

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment,

And slowly exhale.

Let your body relax and your mind become calm.

Picture a mountain standing tall and strong.

This mountain represents your inner strength and bravery.

Visualize yourself standing at the base of this mountain.

Feel the solid ground beneath your feet providing you with a sense of stability and support.

As you begin to climb the mountain in your mind,

Notice how each step feels.

With every breath in,

Gather strength and determination.

With every breath out,

Release doubt and fear.

Continue climbing,

Feeling more confident and brave with each step.

When you reach the top,

Take a moment to look out at the vast landscape.

Appreciate the journey you've made and the strength it took to get there.

Way to go.

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am strong,

I am brave.

Take a few deep breaths,

Then slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment and open your eyes.

Welcome back.

Good job.

You are brave.
