Hi,

I'm Marcus.

Welcome to Brave Meditations number four.

Thank you for joining me.

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment.

And then exhale slowly.

Let your body relax and your mind become calm.

Focus on your heart center,

The area in the middle of your chest.

Imagine a warm glowing light emanating from your heart.

This light represents your courage and bravery.

With each inhale,

Visualize this light growing brighter and stronger.

With each exhale,

Feel the warmth of this light spreading throughout your entire body,

Filling you with a sense of courage and strength.

Think of a time when you acted bravely,

No matter how small the act may have been.

Allow yourself to feel proud of your courage.

Let this memory reinforce the light within your heart,

Making it even stronger.

Repeat silently to yourself,

My heart is full of courage and bravery.

Take a few deep breaths,

Then slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment and open your eyes.

Very nice.

Welcome back.

You,

My friend,

Are brave.

Meet your Teacher
