Thanks for going on this journey with me.
Start by sitting comfortably and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.
Think of a challenge you are currently facing or have faced in the past.
Visualize this challenge as a large imposing wall in front of you.
Take a moment to acknowledge the feelings this wall brings up for you.
Now imagine yourself growing taller and stronger.
Your body filled with a sense of bravery and determination.
Visualize yourself approaching the wall,
Placing your hands on it,
And feeling its texture.
With each breath,
Gather the strength to overcome this challenge.
In your mind,
See yourself climbing over the wall or finding a way around it.
Feel the sense of accomplishment and courage as you conquer this obstacle.
Repeat silently to yourself,
I face challenges with bravery and strength.
Take a few deep breaths,
Then gently bring your awareness back to the present moment and open your eyes.
