Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.
Imagine a situation where you felt afraid.
It could be a recent event or something from the past.
Notice the physical sensations in your body as you recall this moment.
Breathe into these sensations,
Acknowledging the fear without judgment.
Now visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light represents your courage.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this light growing stronger,
Filling your entire being.
With each exhale,
Release any tension or fear.
Through this breathing pattern,
Feeling the light of courage expanding within you.
Repeat silently to yourself,
I embrace my fears and transform them into courage.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Then gently bring your awareness back to the present moment and open your eyes.
