Meditation Timer OnlineMary teaches a vigorous vinyasa flow that will focus the breath, calm the mind, and strengthen the body. She trained as a classical ballerina as a child and an amazing vinyasa flow reminds her of a dance - fluid, graceful, and strong. Mary completed her initial 200-hour training at Yoga Flow in 2016 and her advanced 300-hour certification with Jason Crandell in 2021. She is also an avid salsa and bachata dancer! Mary's goal is to get others on the journey to feel better - body, mind, and spirit. She is committed to growing as a teacher so she can impart the same amount of joy to others that yoga gives to her.
