3 Minute Humming for Yin Yoga – Rest & Ground (fade out)
by Monika Loe
In this short 3-minute humming practice, you are invited to deepen your Yin Yoga pose through steady breath and gentle vibration. As you settle into your shape, let a soft hum accompany your exhale. The sound supports grounding, softening, and inner steadiness without effort. You’re welcome to hum along, or simply rest and let the sound hold you. When the humming fades, slowly come out of your pose, move gently, and transition into your next Yin shape. If you wish, play the track again and continue your practice in the same simple rhythm of slow breath, steady vibration, and simple presence. This is a small ritual to support rest and grounding within your Yin practice. With love, Monika.
