Humming Immersion For Yin Yoga – 60 Minutes With Tanpura
by Monika Loe
This extended 60-minute humming immersion is designed to accompany a full Yin Yoga practice. A steady, continuous hum weaves together with the warm resonance of the tanpura in G♯, creating a stable and spacious sound field to rest in. You’re welcome to hum along throughout your practice — or simply allow the sound to hold you. There is no need to sustain the tone continuously. Pause whenever your body asks for silence. Return when it feels natural. The rhythm remains steady and unforced. As your practice deepens, the breath may soften and lengthen on its own. The sound becomes less something you create — and more something you rest inside. This track is intentionally minimal. No guidance. No transitions. Just space for your Yin shapes to unfold within steady vibration. Slow breath. Continuous tone. Deep rest from within. With love, Monika
