Take a few quiet minutes each day to connect with yourself and your journey. In this gentle reflection track, you’ll be guided to pause, breathe, and notice how your practice is unfolding. Through simple journaling prompts and mindful awareness, you’ll begin to observe the subtle transformations that arise from daily chanting. • How do I feel before and after chanting? • What thoughts keep repeating during practice? • What dreams or images appear at night? • How is my sleep, my mood, my energy today? No pressure, no expectation — just an open space to listen within and honour your process. You can write a few sentences, or simply reflect in silence. Over time, these small moments of awareness will help you see how the mantra is shaping not only your voice, but your whole way of being.
