Your Inner Elder

There is wisdom that lives within us - the wisdom of who we will become, housed in the grandmother or grandfather of our future and present. In this meditation we'll ground ourselves in the present moment and call in our inner elder, growing beyond the maiden and mother archetype to connect with the crone and all their wisdom.
