Welcome to today's meditation.

I'd like to invite you to sit comfortably in a position where your hips and your back are fully supported.

Sit up tall with your spine straight and take a moment to come in to your body and your breath.

Notice the movements of your belly.

Soften yourself back into your support.

Take a deep inhale.

Exhale,

Hold your inhale at the top.

This is great! I was in a trance with it all! I liked how you counted on a few of the breathing techniques but didn’t on some but I still could hear your voice! Even though you wasn’t counting!! Thank you for your creation! I appreciate you very much!

Lovely slow start for someone struggling to get into longer breath work and meditation sessions. Molly’s voice is beautiful; soothing and kind while her cadence and tone remain very natural.
